The flowers had been ordered for a friend, unfortunately they were of quite a poor quality. Pink roses that were already turning brown? Not good enough. I certainly won't be using again. £50 wasted.

The flowers were a present for my mum and she was very happy with them. I have been buying here flowers for years and have spent a lot of money on some bouquets, and she said these was the best she has had in years ????

Despite two messages to you - the first at 5.15pm on the day of delivery asking where the bouquet was and the another the following day requesting contact, I'm still waiting. This is the second delivery arriving in a poor state and although you sent a complementary replace on that first occasion, I regret using you again. And, intend not to in the future advising anyone considering your service to think twice. Keith Woolford

Having received positive reviews from earlier flowers purchased from yourselves I was disappointed to see the quality of the roses I purchased for my wife on our anniversary. The flowers had no water the wrapping and were wilting after 24 hours. It will be difficult to recommend further purchases based on these. We have tried emailing you about the quality but have had no response yet.

I sent you numerous emails over a three day period before Easter to say that only 2 of the 3 order codes from living social had been confirmed. Living social contacted you, at which point you said that all 3 had been spent. I have since found out that the 3rd person (the unconfirmed order) that I had given you details for, didn't in fact receive her flowers at Easter. Do you actually read your customer support emails? I sent you 16 in total!!!!!

I would advise anyone NOT to order flowers from here, the fact that I paid £30 for the flowers was extortionate enough nevermind to find out that they can't even be bothered to deliver them properly and they do it through the post!! In which by the time the person I sent them to (who had to walk to the post office themselves to get them) they were basically dead, there was no water just some flimsy paper that was damp. I have been left feeling ripped off and angry at this situation.

Great price and easy user experience from the website, if using topcashback you get a lot more currently if you dont use the discount code though. The recipient said the flowers were packed well and good quality

I never normally write a review, but I ordered this orchid as a Mother's Day gift. My mum reported that buds began falling off it almost immediately. I had not seen it myself until I went to visit her over Easter, when I found it looking completely dead, including browning leaves. It was standing in the same place as one I gave her years ago, which was re flowering for the 5th or 6th time, so she obviously knows how to look after them. My mum is partially sighted, and I did not see the plant when it arrived so have no way of knowing what it looked like on arrival, but have never known an orchid decline so quickly - normally they flower for ages and then re flower again.

Was unsure about ordering as never used this site before and they were a gift for my mum. The bouquet was gorgeous, she sent me photos the day of delivery, after 1 week and again after 2 weeks and they were still as beautiful! Very fresh, have paid much more for rubbish quality. Can't recommend these enough!

A little disappointed to be honest. I ordered a large bunch of white longiflorum lillies as a thank you to a very dear friend. What arrived was a 'normal' size bunch of Asiatic lillies. I was extremely disappointed as I'd specifically sought out the longiflorum lillies as they are my friend's favourites. However, she seemed very pleased with them and I tried not to show that I wasn't. I won't be ordering from this website again. I didn't even receive an email to say that my choice wasn't available and would the Asiatic lillies be ok. On the plus side, the lillies did open and last for over a week.

What I ordered and what got delivered was very different. I emailed to ask why this happened and what was going to be done but no response over a week later! Will not be using them again!

The flowers in the picture looked nothing like the bunch that came even left for a few days to blossom. Not worth the price at all.

1st order was placed well in time for Mothers day but 2 days before they emailed to say they could not fulfil the order. They gave me back my money and a discount voucher for future use. I made a 2nd order using the voucher, when the flowers arrived they were sparse, small and offered very poor value for money. I wont be using this company again no matter what voucher they try and give me.
