Gift arrived a day late and wasn't the orchid shown in the picture. However after telling the company of the disappointment - they sent another orchard and a box of chocolates which did arrive on the day stated, which was appreciated. I was a little worried when I realised the delivery was Royal Mail, but needn't have worried as the orchid arrived lookely lovely and well protected in a lovely big box.

I ordered a mixed bouquet of roses and lilies. The delivery was on time but the quality of the flowers was very poor. The roses were browning, wrinkled and generally well past heir best. I had to apologise to my mother-in-law as they were for Mother's Day. I will never order flowers online from you again.

Very pleased with the service! My gift arrived safely and it was highly apreciate it. I would only like to suggest that you add on the form when ordering, the phone number of the person receiving the gift. It would be nice if the courier rings the person in advance. Thank you again!

I thought the price of the flowers was very good and i was impressed with the way they were packaged carefully for delivery. However i have ordered from other retailers online before, and found that they were fresher.

I will never use Blossoming Gifts again. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, they arrived broken, looking horrible and not Fresh. Tried to call the company every day, but nobody answers the phone, e-Mailed them few times, and did not get a reply. PLEASE, can someone finally contact me!!!

Firstly flowers were poor quality and no balloon as I had ordered and paid for. I contacted the customer service team the day after when I saw a photo. No response.. I wrote again a week later and I'm still waiting!

Good delivery. Arrived ahead of time. Delivery said would arrive on mothering Sunday. Arrived on the Saturday. Flowers were good quality and value. My mother was delighted with them.

The flowers were delivered on Mothering Sunday. She was very pleased with them. A week after delivery they were still in good condition and some blooms had not yet opened. A happy mum!

According to my Mother this was a very shoddy bouquet. Too much greenery and the flowers wilted after a couple of days

Flowers arrived on time and when stated. Upon opening some flowers were wilted and some brown round the edges. Quite disappointing considering cost and the occasion flowers were for.

I ordered a large bouquet for my Mum for Mothers Day well in advance on February 19th, order 700018692 & paid an extra £5 for the larger one. The bouquet didn't arrive for Mother's Day as requested, but arrived a day late on the Monday 7th March. My Mum had been at home on the Saturday when the card was dropped through the letter box by Royal Mail, she's not deaf and said no one knocked on the door or rang the bell. Very disappointing as they had been ordered so much earlier. Also the flowers looked tired & old. I contacted Blossoming gifts Customer Support via email on the 6th March asking what had happened to the order as it had not been delivered, I received the automated reply below at 09.28pm: Thank you for contacting Blossoming gifts Customer Service. We've received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible. For a quicker response, please give us a call on 0844 995 0373 , our opening hours are displayed below. Please note that you may be able to find your answer on our web site. You can check by clicking this link to visit our Customer Service page. We will get back to you soon! On the 5th March we logged a complaint, received an automated reply telling us it had been logged and they would get back to us. Now 16th March Still no contact. very poor customer relations.
