“Poor customer service, didnt delivery all my items purchased and if i hadnt of investigated i wouldnt of had a refund, wouldnt use this company ever again - what should of been a wonderul gift for someone turned into an embarrassing farce for me !!!!!!!”

“I ordered 2 boquets of flowers for Mothers day and paid for a courier to deliver the next day. 1 boquet arrived on time however it was delivered through royal mail not the DPD courier I paid for. The second boquet only arrived on the tuesday after mothers day and when the recipient spoke to the post office they said they had only just received the delivery. Thd flowers were half dead and despite me send a complaint in I am yet to hear back from blossoming gifts!!! Appalling service and will not be using them again!!!”

“I ordered flowers with a jug to be sent to celebrate the birth of a new baby. They were for a little boy and didn't really contain many blue flowers but it probably reflects the time of year and what is available. The order arrived the next day as requested - perfect!”

“This is the worst flower delivery service. The quality of the bouquets were awful (nothing like the pictures on their website). But almost worse than the terrible quality of the flowers (if that's possible) is Blossoming Gifts' customer service. I have emailed and called numerous times, and still, no reply. Disappointing doesn't cover it. Don't touch with a barge pole.”

“I received the flowers from my daughter. After a day, two of the roses had wilted and after another couple of days the rest of the roses were in the same state. The lilies in the bouquet never opened. I did not like to tell my daughter but felt I had to as I did not want her to waste her money in future. A five pound bouquet from the supermarket would have been superior. My husband also used you to send a bouquet to his mother, they arrived in a very poor state. Some of the greenery was shrivelled and brown and again the roses died. Not a very good advert for your company and a complete waste of money. Needless to say we will not be using you again.”

“Lovely website, good communication from company. Easy to use delivery as stated. no problems with the order not arriving as stated. I was a little disappointed with the roses starting to wilt after 2 days. The lollies were beautiful and lasted 9 days with adaily water change. Would have given 5 star if the roses lasted longer.”

“Carnations had brown tinge to them. Lillies never bloomed and just shrivelled up and died. For the price, simply not worth it. Can get better flowers for half the price from the supermarket. Guess that's what happens when sent through the post and not kept in water. Won't use again!”

“I was surprised to see how little flowers there were in the package, the photos are very misleading as my bunch certainly didn't look like the image. I had ordered some that contained lilies and the lilies took at least 3/4 days to actually open and when they did they didn't open fully and started to go brown very soon. I was very disappointed with the lilies in particular, although the other flowers were good. The box they were delivered in kept the flowers in good condition and didn't squash them, which i was pleased with. However due to the misleading pictures i had to go and purchase more flowers from my local supermarket as there wasn't sufficient in the bunch to be given as a gift.”

“I purchased a freesia bouquet for my mum for mother's day after receiving a lovely orchid as a gift from blossoming gifts. Unfortunately the bouquet received did not match the picture and description on the website. It should have had 30 freesia stems but was 11 stems short. I contacted blossoming gifts via their contact form but have not yet received a reply. Such a shame to disappoint my mum on her special day.”

“Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum for Mother's Day.Only four of the lillies opened and what was left (around 14 other buds) did not open,dried up,went brown and fell off.My mum is a florest and knows how to look after and care flowers but obviously these were poor quality.Contacted you with feedback and never heard anything back.Customer service obviously non existent.Feel I should get a refund.I even offered to send photos to show poor state of flowers.Waste of money,very disappointed.Can someone contact me.”

“Hi there, My grandmother enjoyed her flowers and the delivery seemed to have been fine. One BiG issue I would like to point out is that I had ordered white roses and she got an orchid!! Quite embarrassing as I had mentioned the roses in the letter. If you had to make last minute changes due to low stock I would have liked to have been notified. Many thanks”

“Both bouquets arrived on time and were most gratefully received. Two weeks on and the flowers, (roses and freshias) are still vibrant and scent the rooms that they are placed in. I would definitely recommend this company for the speed in which they deliver, the adequacy of their packaging and most importantly the quality of their beautiful, long lasting flowers! *****”
