“Delivery was efficient and punctual but flowers were of a very poor standard. This was a Mother's Day gift and I was so disappointed when I saw what I had sent. Would not use again.”

“Ordered a bouquet to be delivered Monday 7th March, was phoned on that Monday to tell me they wouldn't be able to deliver them until Thursday. I accepted this as they offered to upgrade the flowers and add a bottle of wine and some chocolates. On Wednesday I received an email to say they had cancelled my order as they couldn't fulfill the order. I then ordered another bouquet as they refunded me and offered me some money to spend on another bouquet, I requested at extra cost for Thursday delivery it wasn't delivered until Friday! Also when the flowers arrived they weren't as good as the photo and didn't match the description. I emailed them to ask about this but I haven't heard back of them??? I would completely avoid this company”

“I ordered the flowers for Mothers Day, they were delivered but not left (there was a porch to leave parcels) it was then redelivered on the following Thursday, by that time the flowers were dead. I wrote two emails to customer service but had no reply to either of them. So I will not be using this company again.”

“Afraid was disappointed to hear from both the people I sent the flowers too that within 4 days they were looking very sorry for themselves indeed. I might have expected it for cheaper flowers but the other one was £22.00. So I'm sorry but wont be using you again.”

“Bought a pink bouquet plus chocolates for my mother. It arrived a white roses- droopy with no chocolates. Emailed blossoming gifts to let them know the day after Mother's Day and to this date - 18th March - I have had no response. Very poor customer service and goods. Not happy!!”

“Arrived already wilted, tried to get in touch with company twice and no response even after 2 weeks. Supposedly a 7 day guarantee but you'll be lucky to get ahold of them to get your money back. Not recommended.”

“I ordered last minute for delivery to Isle of Wight for mother's day as my mum was away for the weekend. Most florists by this time couldn't deliver until Mon /Tues. Too late. ....but Blossoming gifts rescued me :-) my mum loved her rose plant and it arrived on the Saturday. Great price too. Very happy would use again”

“Gift arrived a day late and wasn't the orchid shown in the picture. However after telling the company of the disappointment - they sent another orchard and a box of chocolates which did arrive on the day stated, which was appreciated. I was a little worried when I realised the delivery was Royal Mail, but needn't have worried as the orchid arrived lookely lovely and well protected in a lovely big box.”

“I ordered a mixed bouquet of roses and lilies. The delivery was on time but the quality of the flowers was very poor. The roses were browning, wrinkled and generally well past heir best. I had to apologise to my mother-in-law as they were for Mother's Day. I will never order flowers online from you again.”

“Very pleased with the service! My gift arrived safely and it was highly apreciate it. I would only like to suggest that you add on the form when ordering, the phone number of the person receiving the gift. It would be nice if the courier rings the person in advance. Thank you again!”
