“Was not very impressed with the bouquet on arrival. 1- the size of the bouquet for the price was poor, I was expecting a much bigger display of flowers, instead what I got was probably the same as you would expect when you pay for a cheap £5 bunch in Tesco. 2- I was also not very happy with the quality of the flowers, a few were bent/snapped and some of the white flowers were brown around the edges. Giving these as a gift for Mothers Day was embarrassing. I normally tend to use Marks & Spencer flower service and they have always been fantastic, I wish I never decided to try something different.”

“Bought for mothers day - nice bunch of flowers on delivery but did not last. Day after delivery had to remove few stems and whole bunch only lasted few days. Was disappointed as frequently buy supermarket flowers for few pounds which last lengthy time.”

“Beautiful flowers, they were a little bit bashed when they arrived but generally really pleased with them. The recipient loved the colours. Will certainly shop here again :-)”

“To be honest I'm not happy, I thought at first that it would just take some time for the buds to open, but out of all, only 3 have opened! Most of them are dying. They look nothing like the picture advertising them. I won't be buying from you again. L Salih”

“I received an e-mail from the company telling me that the flowers had been dispatched. They didn't actually arrive until the 9th after I sent an e-mail to complain. When they did arrive the flowers were wilted and in fact died the next day. I have sent at least 5 e-mails-no response whatsoever. I phoned the 'customer service line' several times-nobody picks ups. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SHAMEFUL SERVICE!”

“Very bad service ordered two lots of flowers for my mother and mother in law for mothers Day. Deliveries were on time but when I went on the Minday to visit my mum the flowers were wilting and looked awful. I tried phoning but was kept on the line for too long . Decided to email and said they would look into it but yo this day I haven't heard anything.”

“Good delivery, in time. Flowers very pretty and good value for money unfortunately two of the rose/lily heads were broker's not impressed with that. Mother received another delivery of flowers from another supplier and none of those stems were broken.”

“I was very disappointed in the service- although the flowers themselves were great they did not arrive on the specified day (which I had paid extra to secure). So my Mother's Day gift didn't arrive until after the fact. Furthermore, I received no response to my email of complaint and when I tried to call could not get through to anyone despite holding for over 10 minutes. Overall quite disappointing.”

“do not use this company. they are a rip off for the money. they delivered on the wrong day so my sick mother didnt get her mothers day flowers on the day she came out of hospital. i left so many emails and had no response to my complaint. very unproffesional”

“Flowers were of not good quality, I paid for a larger bouquet which was not as large as I thought I paid for, free chocolates were supposed to come with the flowers as a mothers day offer...no chocolates were included. All in all a bad experience and will not be using again. Marc”

“Appalling. Their system overrode my selected delivery date for a Mother's Day bouquet. Within 2 minutes of placing the order and noticing the mistake I sent them messages (through two different routes) asking them to correct the order date TEN DAYS LATER (8 days after the order had been delivered on the wrong date) I receive the first and only response: "Unfortunately we are not able to fulfill your request to cancel your purchase on this occasion. Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice prior to delivery for any cancellation as detailed in our Terms & Conditions and unfortunately, your request falls outside of these timescales. " No apology, no refund. Avoid”
