“ordered 2 bouquets (Blueberry Pancake) and both our friends who received them were delighted. Very fresh on arrival and lasted over a week. Only problem I had was getting the voucher code to work (10% off as first order) tried twice but gave up. I would definitely recommend the flowers.”

“I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, and the only good thing I have to say is that they were delivered on the correct day. Apart from that, the flowers were crusted and wilted, and quite sparse. I have contacted them several times and had no response. I thought they were quite cheap in comparison to some companies, but the prices are still high when you are getting a deal. £20 wasted on each bunch, next time I will take my business to Interflora.”

“The flowers I ordered were great value for money, looked really fresh and when my mother had them delivered for Mothers Day, they were more than what I though I'd ordered. The greetings card was a little corporate. But it was what I expected. The website was easy to use, the whole process was easy and great value for money.”

“Thank you. My mother in law was very pleased. I was pleased too, it was a much more affordable alternative to other larger flower vendors. I was not quite sure about leaving the bouquet in front of the door, however. Can anything be done about it?”

“Worst company I have ever used, flowers arrived half dead the other half broken with the heads off of the stems, have tried to call to complain several times and after waiting for over 30 minutes to get through at 7p per minute gave up sent several emails and no reply! Very poor strategy clear”

“The only thing worse than the flowers that were delivered is the poor customer service. Still waiting for a response, more than a week on. Flowers were wilted and damaged on arrival. Not the Mothers Day Gift we had intended it to be. We were so embarrassed by the poor state we had to go buy another gift.”

“The flowers arrived as planned on the correct day, but that was the only good thing about the whole experience of using this company, by the following day (Sunday) the roses were dead, and the day after there was no life left in the bouquet at all. I wrote to customer services on the Monday to express my dissatisfaction and received an automated email which stated I would be contacted soon by customer services, 1 week later and 3 further emails and I still haven't been able to speak to a person yet, I have tried phoning during working hours but no one answers the phone, I have requested a full refund and a fresh bouquet to be delivered as compensation for the distress caused by the embarrassing display of flowers we received, The Card that was attached was also a joke, the writing was so small it was barely readable (size 10 font) could they not get a programme to use a 'pretty' font (not Times Roman) and even use italics and make the words fill the gift card. One NOT happy customer.”

“I paid for delivery for flowers on a set day but they were delivered 2 days late and on the day after Mother's Day so my Mom, who lives 150 miles away, had no gift from me for the actual day. I emailed immediately and have yet to receive a response (9 days ago). There are many other companies available so don't risk your gift with a company that can't even acknowledge their mistake.”

“Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They were pretty much dead after 1 day. Phoned. Told to email pic. A week later no reply to email. Emailed again. Phoned again... The only saving grace was the good phone operator who then sent out a new large bouquet with a box of chocolates. It shouldn't really have got to this point though.”

“Ordered two bunches of flowers with vases for my gran and mum's mother's day. Just as pretty in real life as the photos and very happy with the purchases. There was better variety and choice on this site to other websites I'd looked at, even the more popular retailers!”
