“Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They were pretty much dead after 1 day. Phoned. Told to email pic. A week later no reply to email. Emailed again. Phoned again... The only saving grace was the good phone operator who then sent out a new large bouquet with a box of chocolates. It shouldn't really have got to this point though.”

“Beautiful flowere and great service.. My daughter wasn't home when her flowers were delivered so had to collect from local sorting office 3 days later. Flower were still in great shape”

“Ordered two bunches of flowers with vases for my gran and mum's mother's day. Just as pretty in real life as the photos and very happy with the purchases. There was better variety and choice on this site to other websites I'd looked at, even the more popular retailers!”

“Overall, a lovely bunch of flowers delivered on time! I had expected small daisies in the bunch but these had been swapped for eucalyptus - would have been nice to have been an option if the other flowers were out of stock.”

“Although I was very impressed with delivery and packaging, some of the flowers were so crushed that they would never have opened, hence the disappointment. I have to say, however, that my 86 year old mother in law was over the moon to receive flowers in a box 'from the postie'”

“I ordered 2 identical Mothers Day arrangements having had an excellent delivery in Lancashire in December for my Mothers birthday . They were both good, but the Lancashire delivery was only good, while the as the one for my mother in law in Hertfordshire was excellent. Delivery time and so on were exactly as promised and I did get a good deal, but I was surprised at the inconsistency.”

“My Item was delivered 2 days, missing the special occasion the flowers were intended for. I emailed Bloomsing Gifts about this and haven't had a reply. Very annoying and disappointing. Don't use this company, there are plenty of others out there that will delivery your gift on time and respond to emails”

“I had a problem with the delivery of my purchase, for which I paid £7.99, and I couldn't get hold of anyone. Let 5 email messages and was left on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up due to 0845,number charges when I telephoned for help. Have still had none contact me until I was asked to rate them!! Don't use because if you do have a problem no one returns emails or answers the phone!!”

“I ordered for Mother's Day for 2 deliveries. One bunch of flowers got delivered without the chocolates and the flowers were half dead. Second bunch of flowers did not get delivered. Got a refund for the second delivery but no response on the first delivery after I sent a email. It has been over a week and I still waiting for a reply to my email. I will never order from yourselves again.”

“Joke! I believe when my mum received her flowers they were already dead, some had broken and I'm not happy with the order. She was absolutely gutted as they were nothing as I showed her they would be. I sent photos of this last week and haven't heard anything back, shocking I must say”
