“Wow! What a find; a great selection of bouquets at very reasonable prices. Delivered on the specified day (even though it was Christmas) well packaged in a sturdy box for the post. Really beautiful flowers and my mother's bouquet is still on display (minus a few of the more fragile blooms) so in my opinion that proves that the flowers are fresh when they arrive. I have no hesitation in recommending this website and I shall certainly be using them again!!!”

“The delivery date was missed (it was meant to be 23 or 24 December but it was 27th December). There was no communication to say you would not deliver on the day. When I sent an email asking for an update, no one replied and still has not (7/1/16). Overall - terrible service and I will not be using again.”

“I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered on Christmas eve to seperate addresses. Both were delivered to the same address. I know I put the 2 seperate addresses on the order form because I had to google the address for my daughter's workplace and I double checked at the end that the addresses were there. I did not check the confirmation email until the night before delivery and it was at this point that I realised the addresses had become the same after the order had been completed. I emailed customer services twice and they said that they had been unable to duplicate this fault and no one else had reported the same error. Therefore obviously I must have been lying and imagined the whole thing. I didn't imagine having to pay for a second bouquet on the night of the 23rd of December to be delivered to the right address the following morning by interflora. Pretty flowers but extremely poor customer service!!”

“I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife for Christmas as a early Christmas present and I not only did i get the wrong bunch of flowers they died after 3 days. Thanks for a dissapointing and awful start to the Christmas period. Yours faithfully a obviously happy customer :|”

“I ordered flowers from you for my dear friend in Scotland - she was thrilled with the lovely selection of flowers and 'phoned me immediately to say how impressed she was. She received them on the Tuesday before Christmas and when we spoke again on New Year's Eve she said they were still lovely! So impressed she was, that she will definitely use your company if and when she wants to send flowers. Thank you.”

“thank you for a wonderful bouquet of flowers my sister was very happy with them. They arrived on time and were packed very well. I would of given very good but for one small thing. I ordered an all white one and they were a few flowers that were not white. That would be my only criticism.”

“The delivery time slot was spot on, but the flowers were a lot smaller than they looked in the picture and were struggling to have any life in them. I was rather disappointed and would have preferred to go to a local supermarket and got a huge fresh bunch for the same price.”

“My flowers arrived a day later than I had requested so I've taken a star off but other than that they were stunning. Sadly the roses only lasted about 3 days but the thistles etc are still going strong after about 9 days.”
