“Absolutely gorgeous flowers! I've never ordered before here and I've been let down in the past with flower deliveries and they were amazing! Turned up for my friend at 8.30 just before work which was perfect. Will most definelty order again! X”

“I had never heard of blossoming gifts until I had flowers from them which were lovely. I used a voucher that came with and the site looked good. I sent a plant to my friend which I haven't seen but her response was that They were lovely, so based on that and The ones I received I'd use Blossoming gifts again.”

“Ordered from the US -- Sunday delivery in Reading, UK on a short notice. Before I found Blossoming Gifts, I spent about 2.5 hours online trying to find a florist that would deliver on Sunday who a) would offer quality flowers, b) who would also add some chocolates and small gifts, c) who would process my international transaction online without hassle. Blossoming Gifts got all of it! Perfect seamless online service, easy selection, excellent abundant choice of flowers and gifts and fantastic flowers quality. I ordered white roses and have been told they were gorgeous. Oh, and did I mention that the prices are actually lower then those offered by large retailers? Excellent business, Blossoming Gifts!”

“This was the first time I'd ordered flowers online, I didn't actually see the flowers but the recipient was very happy with them! Delivery was on the day I specified, although I'm not totally sure how they were delivered. I thought they'd be delivered just wrapped as a bunch but apparently they arrived in a sealed box. Either way, apparently they were lovely!”

“My flowers did not arrive on the day they were meant too even though i had paid for specific date delivery. As it was my mums 70th birthday I had to buy flowers and deliver them myself. I have been promised a refund but I haven't had that either!!! Extremely poor service”

“Hi, I was very disappointed with the packaging of the flowers they arrived in a box, I thought they would have come as a hand tied bouquet, the roses were cut down to fit into the box. They died after 3 days. I will not be ordering through you again. Andrew Williams”

“Ordered flowers for my grandmothers 89th birthday. Special Sunday delivery, told her to expect a delivery that day. You were unsuccessful in delivering. I called your courier DPD, they told me they had been put on the wrong trailer, then had the nerve to send me an email saying I had changed the delivery date. I sent you feedback online but to date, no response. So unfortunately from me, very disappointing. Will not be using again. Poor Customer experience end to end.”

“I ordered the package of rosebush, wine, chocolates and balloon on a Saturday night Aussie time for a Sunday delivery in London. I was thrilled that the delivery was made in the morning London time, that I was told by email every step of the process, even within an hour of delivery time so I could make sure the birthday person was home. The package looked exactly as depicted. I think I paid around 48 pound and I think it was worth every pence. (Aussie keyboard so no symbol for pound). I will definitely use this service again.”
