“My purchases were sent as gifts- I received positive feedback from one recipient. The 'state' of the second order still shows as 'processing'- even thought was to be sent 11 days ago- so I hope it has been sent!”

“I ordered flowers worth £40 for my sister's birthday, together with a 'Happy Birthday' balloon. The flowers consisted of a few carnations, crysanthemums, some greenery and something sprayed silver. Hardly £40 worth of floristry. The balloon was included but consisted of a yellow smiley face (think emoji) and did not say Happy Birthday as the photograph had indicated on the website. A plastic rocket was also included (not real thankfully) but I neither sought nor requested a plastic rocket, I would have preferred the money to be spent on the flowers. I was actually so embarrassed by the bouquet after she had sent me a photo of it that I went online and ordered another bouquet from Waitrose. I'm always willing to try new online companies but I'm afraid I'll be giving this one a miss in future.”

“Many dead heads upon arrival, many missing heads that had been cut off already. Didn't look very nice and were given as a present. Did not make for a nice gift at all. Very disappointed.”

“I wrote 2 emails of complaint and got no response. I paid £3 extra for them to be delivered the next day and they weren't delivered for 4 days. Not impressed at all and won't be using this website again for delivering flowers”

“The size of the bouquet was extremely disappointing. Especially as I asked for a large order. The flowers arrived in a box with no water (2days after dispatched) I was astounded to find that the flowers, chocolates and teddy bear was in one small box. Before I opened the box I even questioned the postman where the bouquet was. Extremely disappointed. I would have got a much larger,cheaper bunch from the local supermarket.”

“I wood have given very good, however I was disappointed that a Jug that I ordered with the flowers wasn't delivered with the flowers, and I haven't been contacted direct to advise what happened. I was just sent an email to say that it was being delivered...this is poor customer service.”

“Ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain day, they weren't and I had to chase up why! Flowers were eventually delivered over a week late! They did apologise and added chocolates but still a pain that they were so late and they couldn't even inform me of that! Would they of even delivered if I hadn't of chased them up! Unfortunately, I will choose to go someone more reliable in future!”

“Ordered the lily & daisy bouquet for my sisters birthday on 31/12 They arrived looking half dead and we're all dead by the 2/1. I tried phoning blossoming gifts on 2/1 no answer on either number. I tried emailing them via their message page on the website kept saying unable to send at this time try later! I did many times to no avail. I would never buy from this company again and my advice would be to avoid at all costs!”

“I brought these flowers as a birthday gift for my best friend to surprise her on her birthday (24th december) they arrived that morning, making my best friends birthday that bit more special she was over the moon with them, would definitely recommend, great value, great service and beautiful flowers, needless to say im very happy with this comapany considering this is the first time ive used them :D”
