“Ordered a bunch of flowers with vase and chocolate for my daughter who had a bit of a stressed time. It was delivered on time, the flowers were beautiful and looked pretty in the vase. The chocolate box was a bit small but my daughter was delighted and emailed me a photo. A very satisfying experience.”

“Unfortunately the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. The street name was very similar but even so, this is was disappointing. And on top of that,the driver left the flowers(at the wrong address) in the back garden in a opening to a shed. There was no delivery time on the flowers so we are unsure how long they had been left. The recipient was pleased when she finally got them though.”

“Very disappointed in late delivery for both orders. Did get apology and flowers sent to one of my relatives and a gift to the other of a vase. Which caused confusion as they didn't know why they should get a vase with a potted plant. My order was to people who had a sad loss and the delivery was very late. Sorry it doesn't give me any confidence in using your company again”

“The flowers were ok. However I was very disappointed in when sending flowers to to a funeral director you addressed your emails about delivery to the person who had clearly died instead of the person who ordered the flowers. I think you need to get your communications in order.”
