I wood have given very good, however I was disappointed that a Jug that I ordered with the flowers wasn't delivered with the flowers, and I haven't been contacted direct to advise what happened. I was just sent an email to say that it was being delivered...this is poor customer service.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain day, they weren't and I had to chase up why! Flowers were eventually delivered over a week late! They did apologise and added chocolates but still a pain that they were so late and they couldn't even inform me of that! Would they of even delivered if I hadn't of chased them up! Unfortunately, I will choose to go someone more reliable in future!

First time I have used Blossoming Goods and I have to say that the experience was a positive one, a pleasure to do business with. The whole ordering process was painless and the flowers were delivered exactly as promised. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered the lily & daisy bouquet for my sisters birthday on 31/12 They arrived looking half dead and we're all dead by the 2/1. I tried phoning blossoming gifts on 2/1 no answer on either number. I tried emailing them via their message page on the website kept saying unable to send at this time try later! I did many times to no avail. I would never buy from this company again and my advice would be to avoid at all costs!

I purchased these flowers as a thankyou for a family member who helped when our daughter who sadly lost her baby when we were abroad ,and I have to say a massive thank you ,the flowers were beautiful ,and the service was top notch .thankyou maria ...

I brought these flowers as a birthday gift for my best friend to surprise her on her birthday (24th december) they arrived that morning, making my best friends birthday that bit more special she was over the moon with them, would definitely recommend, great value, great service and beautiful flowers, needless to say im very happy with this comapany considering this is the first time ive used them :D

Really pleased at the quality, value for money and service. Beautiful flowers that were delivered pomptly during the busy Christmas season along with the white jug to display them. Very, very pleased - I will be a returning customer!

Wow! What a find; a great selection of bouquets at very reasonable prices. Delivered on the specified day (even though it was Christmas) well packaged in a sturdy box for the post. Really beautiful flowers and my mother's bouquet is still on display (minus a few of the more fragile blooms) so in my opinion that proves that the flowers are fresh when they arrive. I have no hesitation in recommending this website and I shall certainly be using them again!!!

The delivery date was missed (it was meant to be 23 or 24 December but it was 27th December). There was no communication to say you would not deliver on the day. When I sent an email asking for an update, no one replied and still has not (7/1/16). Overall - terrible service and I will not be using again.

I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered on Christmas eve to seperate addresses. Both were delivered to the same address. I know I put the 2 seperate addresses on the order form because I had to google the address for my daughter's workplace and I double checked at the end that the addresses were there. I did not check the confirmation email until the night before delivery and it was at this point that I realised the addresses had become the same after the order had been completed. I emailed customer services twice and they said that they had been unable to duplicate this fault and no one else had reported the same error. Therefore obviously I must have been lying and imagined the whole thing. I didn't imagine having to pay for a second bouquet on the night of the 23rd of December to be delivered to the right address the following morning by interflora. Pretty flowers but extremely poor customer service!!

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife for Christmas as a early Christmas present and I not only did i get the wrong bunch of flowers they died after 3 days. Thanks for a dissapointing and awful start to the Christmas period. Yours faithfully a obviously happy customer :|
