“The flowers were ordered to be sent to two family members so we are unable to give a considered response.”

“When first ordering the flowers for my mums birthday they arrived looking nothing alike I emailed the company and they were kind enough to give me a free bunch of my choice although the service was a little poor to start of with they soon managed to turn it around.. My mums new bunch will be arriving tommorow so look forward to seeing them”

“Made spelling error on gift card,emailed within 2 minutes of placing order to ask for change. Told next day order had already been made and no changes, but flowers were not due to be delivered for 24 hours! Poor customer service would not use again”

“Though the flowers were great, there was an issue with the address resulting in the flowers only making it as far as the building (and not the company within the building I wrote in the address field when I ordered). This meant that the recipient got them a day later than wanted (and I'd paid for them to arrive sooner). Not impressed, but the flowers survived until the next day, so that's something.”

“Clear and easy to use website. Ordered lunch time and they were delivered the following morning. The recipient said they.we're fabulous and had some lovely unusual carnations. I paid the extra £5 fir the larger version. Overall experience was very good and I would use again. Thank you”
