“Delivery did not arrive on the selected day (which I paid extra for) the flowers after 2 days were dying and looked absolutely awful. I've been given a full refund. I won't be using blossoming gifts again”

“Arrived on time (Sunday morning before mid day). Lovely flowers & cake but sadly the Balloon arrived deflated, which was a bit of a disappointment.”

“I tried to send some feedback on the day my friend received her flowers but the form wouldn't submit. Unfortunately I have scored poor due to the method of delivery used. Not necessarily BlossomingGifts.com themselves. I was sending my friend some sympathy flowers as she has just lost her husband. They we due Friday morning. When I didn't hear from her I had to awkwardly enquire as to whether she has received them or not. She had not. In fact she didn't get them until Sunday night at 6pm. The Royal Mail driver had left them with a neighbour and not put a card through the door to let her know. This neighbour subsequently held on to them until a time convenient for her; at which point some of the flowers looked 'past their best' my friend said. I appreciate again this is not a direct reflection upon the company or their products, but I think they should be made aware in order to address it with their choice of delivery service. This could have been avoided had the driver placed a card through the door as I believe is standard procedure. Many thanks.”

“I come across this website by chance I was looking for a baby boy gift card and flower set , I brought Flowers a jag , a balloon and got a teddy and FREE chocolates . Beautiful gift very nice 5 start will 100% use again .”

“The flowers weren't delivered to my mother on her birthday, despite me ordering them before the cut off point the day before. The driver said the address couldn't be found but nobody called me for directions or help. The company did send out an upgraded bunch of flowers the following day but they did not arrive until 2 days after her birthday. The company dealt with my complaint quickly and efficiently but I was disappointed by the courier company they used and I probably wouldn't use them again.”

“I found myself wanting go give my girlfriend a small gift, while she was away on holiday. So decided to send her some flowers. I found blossoming gifts online while searching in Google, after looking at a few florist it didn't take long to decide that blossoming gifts was the florists to deliver my choice of flowers. Which even came with a free box of chocolates too my girlfriend 300 miles away. Thank you Blossoming gifts for delivering a smile of home, to my girlfriend while she was on holiday.”
