“Had a slight problem with one of my deliveries but company kindly sent me out a very nice bouquet for the mix up. Will define tell use again, flowers are fab. Thanks”

“Got these for a friend as nobody had ever got her some before, she thought they were lovely and thought it was lovely of me to do so. I saw them briefly they looked in good condition and for the money I spent I am very happy with the service provided of how fast they were delivered and everything. I will more then likely be coming back at some point thank you a million.”

“I can't say for myself what the flowers were like, but based on my grans comments, the roses we're very fragrant and all of the bunch we're very fresh, lovely and bright and they made her day. Cant argue with that for the price.”

“Our grand-daughter was delighted when the Roses, Merlot and Belgian chocolates arrived safely and which I had ordered for her 21st birthday from you a few days earlier. The roses over a week later are still looking very good and she shared her Merlot and chocolates with her friends who came to the party in the evening. Thank you so much for your excellent early delivery on exactly the right day and the quality of the goods was first class and I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and family whenever the opportunity occurs. “We were very disappointed and highly embarrassed with the poor quality of the flowers that were delivered to my Aunty's funeral. They bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos on the website and they were by far the worst flowers at the funeral. We subsequently saw bouquets of flowers at the local Sainsbury's supermarket on sale for 8 pounds and they were of a better quality than the flowers we paid 35 pounds for! I suspect that somebody saw our email address was in New Zealand and thought that they could get away with this but , they have been caught out as we were at the funeral when the flowers were delivered. We took a photo of the flowers and if you send us your email address to bptripp@xtra.co.nz we will forward the photo to you to confirm our gross disappointment. Look forward to your comments.
