I received flowers intially as a gift and was so impressed with the size, quality and presentation that I then ordered a bouquet to be sent to a family member. Every one of the flowers I received was fresh and undamaged and lasted well. Delivery was very quick & efficient and no charge either. Very impressed. Can't yet comment on the sent bouquet- waiting to receive a photo, although I have been told they were really lovely!

Whilst I haven't seen the flowers myself, I was very impressed with the range of choice, and the ease of booking. I was kept informed throughout on delivery and my friend who received them tells me they are beautiful! Thank you for a great service and also for the added plus of price reduction/special promotion.

This was the first time I had used Blossoming Gifts and I have good and bad points.. The flowers were delivered right on time, as promised and I received emails and texts to inform me they were en route and then had been delivered. Also the flowers lasted about 10 days after delivery. However I received a few emails addressed to Mr and Mrs ... (the name of the recipients) which was rather strange as their names were clearly listed as the recipients, not the Sender. The driver was very polite to my friend when he delivered the box containing the flowers and even brought it into the house and put it on a table for her - unfortunately, even though there was a picture on the outside, the box was upside down. The flowers were immobilised inside the box so they didn't fall all the way down but the very top tips of the flowers were broken and had to be trimmed slightly. A shame, as the flowers were a surprise Anniversary gift for my friend and her husband. Could you please advise the drivers to handle the boxes with more care? Thanks

The gift which I ordered for a specific date arrived a week early....the recipient was away hence date specified! I was emailed that it had been despatched but this company argued it was my fault for putting wrong date which i disputed but nothing was done to rectify THEIR mistake. Luckily there was someone who could take it in though the firm had only put the recipents name and postcode........luckily the local postman managed to sort that out!!! The flowers were pretty good considering but this is a company I would not use again,

I ordered a Pavillion bouquet for next day delivery. They arrived at around 10 am and the damp tissue that was wrapped around the base of the stems was almost dry and it was clear that one of the roses was passed its best already. Two days later all bar one of the roses have either shrivelled up or the petal have started to drop. Not what i expect for what is normally a +£30 bunch of flowers, i am just glad that i had a voucher to reduce the cost of a very dissapointing purchase.

I ordered from blossoming gifts for the first time and I can safely say the last. When you order a bunch of flowers online with a picture that looks lovely you would like to think what arrives is similar to that which is advertised. I was actually embarrassed when my fiancé opened the delivery box & held in her hands what can only be described as a bunch of flowers a drunk man might grab from someone else's garden on way home from pub. I expect the pitiful 'bouquet' to be a smash hit on social media though & should get lots of 'likes' ( sadly for your business word of mouth is a powerful tool when it comes to customer experience )

Disappointed ordered two bouquets, one should have been peach flowers and one should have been yellow and white. All the flowers were yellow and nothing resembled the pictures I was ordering. Shame because the delivery date and packaging was spot on.

The first time I used blossoming gifts, I was very impressed. Great price & efficient, so much so I placed a re-order 2 weeks later. As yet the flowers ordered for Thursday have not been delivered and I have had no response to my email to find out what's happened. There is no contact number to speak to someone directly. Very disappointed and upset as the flowers were sent to cheer up a distressed friend, that I can't comfort in person.

Did not include message so the person reviewing the flowers did not know who they were from. Pretty basic stuff you would expect a florist to be on top off

I sent a bouquet to my friend for her birthday. The flowers arrived on the correct say which is great. The gift message I wrote out was not with the delivery and so my friend had no idea who they were from. I waited a day or two and then had to ask her if she had received them to which she replied, 'glad to hear I don't have a stalker'. I then notified yourselves and had to come up with my own solution.

The flowers were not as expected and was left feeling disapointed as the flowers were for a celebration and i had a special request this wasn't followed. Would prefer to spend the same amount from a local florist in future. I even called to check on how they would be arriving to ensure that i would be happy

Lovely flowers and quick delivery, although the arrangement was smaller than it looked online. Also the message card I ordered was a little disappointing, just made from normal paper folded over and the spacing of the message wasn't right. Also, the flowers have died very quickly compared to supermarket flowers that are still alive and were half the price!
