“I ordered the large criterion bouquet, and they arrived looking nothing like the picture. My girlfriend laughed when I showed her what they were supposed to look like. They were still nice flowers which lasted 1 week, but I feel that the presentation should be some-what similar to that advertised”

“AVOID! Ordered Orchid & added extra of a balloon for sisters 40th as unable to share it with her. Delivery was a day later than advertised (not a huge problem). Quality (size) of the Orchid was not as picture, nor was it in pot having any resemblance of the picture. Most disappointingly there was no Happy B'day balloon! Emailed the company, who responded initially on the same day offering to refund the cost of the balloon and asked for a picture of the Orchid to investigate further, advising they would respond fully within 2xdays. A picture was sent the same day. I have also sent 2x further emails but a week later still waiting for refund of the balloon and outcome of the Orchid query. Real shame. As a first time customer not rushing to use again.”

“Came across this company while searching for floral bouquets. A different idea for my son & daughter-in-law's wedding anniversary as both are chocoholics. They were thrilled with the arrangement of choc bars but did think it was a bit pricey - not too expensive to stop ordering another time though! Free delivery helped and the service was first class. Will definitely use this company again. Eileen Wallis (Mrs)”

“The flowers were a valentine gift and although i paid extra to have them delivered that day they came a day late, i think it was a courier issue but i was very disappointed after waiting all day . I got a apology the following week and was offered a free bouquet but doesnt really compensate for what would of been a lovely surprise”

“Very impressed with the longjeverty of the bunch of roses I bought my partner for Valentine's Day, 10 days & still going strong! Delivery left me very nervous however as the tracking info was not undated so I didn't know what time they were arriving. Absolute bargain after Quidco cash back, will use again.”

“I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. They arrived on time, on Saturday 13th the display was quite good but the flowers were completely dead by Wednesday 17th which she and I were very unhappy about. I have had flowers before from florists that have lasted nearly 2 weeks! Not happy at all Alan Payn”
