“After the amount that I paid for the flowers I expected that when the flowers were dispatched on the Friday morning that they would be at my mothers for Saturday, instead they arrived on the following Tuesday!!!! That means they were in transit for 5 days by the time they arrived to my mum!!! Not in a good state my mum tried to salvage them but they only lasted one more day!! I am extremely upset and will not be using your company again!”

“Order arrived a lot later than expected. The flowers were not in a good condition. When contacted customer services i was told i had left it too late to complain, even thought this was within 7day period or delivery. I will not use again. Definitely not worth the money. For the price you pay you should expect excellent service.”

“These flowers werent for me but for a friend so i didnt get to see them. My friend said they were beautiful and she got a balloon (which was free and unexpected!) I am pleased with the way my transaction was handled.”

“Really efficient service, delivered less than 12 hrs after delivery, however the flowers delivered left a little to be desired, yes they were the same main flowers and colour as in the picture, but hardly any of the 'fillers' shown and overall seemed overpriced in comparison to say a £15 supermarket bouquet.”

“Ordered a bunch of flowers with vase and chocolate for my daughter who had a bit of a stressed time. It was delivered on time, the flowers were beautiful and looked pretty in the vase. The chocolate box was a bit small but my daughter was delighted and emailed me a photo. A very satisfying experience.”

“Unfortunately the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. The street name was very similar but even so, this is was disappointing. And on top of that,the driver left the flowers(at the wrong address) in the back garden in a opening to a shed. There was no delivery time on the flowers so we are unsure how long they had been left. The recipient was pleased when she finally got them though.”

“Very disappointed in late delivery for both orders. Did get apology and flowers sent to one of my relatives and a gift to the other of a vase. Which caused confusion as they didn't know why they should get a vase with a potted plant. My order was to people who had a sad loss and the delivery was very late. Sorry it doesn't give me any confidence in using your company again”
