“The flowers were a valentine gift and although i paid extra to have them delivered that day they came a day late, i think it was a courier issue but i was very disappointed after waiting all day . I got a apology the following week and was offered a free bouquet but doesnt really compensate for what would of been a lovely surprise”

“Very impressed with the longjeverty of the bunch of roses I bought my partner for Valentine's Day, 10 days & still going strong! Delivery left me very nervous however as the tracking info was not undated so I didn't know what time they were arriving. Absolute bargain after Quidco cash back, will use again.”

“I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. They arrived on time, on Saturday 13th the display was quite good but the flowers were completely dead by Wednesday 17th which she and I were very unhappy about. I have had flowers before from florists that have lasted nearly 2 weeks! Not happy at all Alan Payn”

“I was very disappointed with the customer service. My flowers and jug were delivered to an old address, entirely my fault, which I admitted to the company. My friend has moved to a house close by but the delivery service didn't try to locate her. When I asked if flowers could be redelivered perhaps at a discounted price, I was happy to pay something but hoped out of goodwill the company would offer some help, this was totally refused. So one disappointed customer.”

“A little disappointed with the flowers as they only lasted a few days after being put in water, I would expect flowers to last a week seeing as they were in bud when received.”

“Did not get what I paid for. Still waiting for a refund. Ordered a dozen red roses, plus chocolates and balloon for Valentine's Day. Delivery by DPD was paid for - £11 extra. Myhermes "attempted" delivery on Valentine's Day when my wife and I were in the house. So my wife eventually received them on 15th Feb. Received 11 RED ROSES, the chocolates, and NO BALLOON. So a day late and a dollar short as they say. Asked for a refund, was offered that or another bouquet. But 1 week later and the refund has still not materialised. I would avoid ordering from this company.”

“Will not be back. Appalling service, no replies to emails. Paid for large got a small bouquet, emailed to explain wrong item delivered and had no response in over 10 days. Sent reminder emails, nothing still. To top that all off the roses died after only 3 days, the rest lasted only 6 days. These were supposed to be special for my wife on our anniversary and they were anything but. Appalled”
