“Very reasonable price and fast delivery , well packaged. Roses were out of bud quite a bit but have lasted well and look lovely. Would happily use again!”

“I ordered a bouquet of 12 roses for a birthday gift. The photograph displayed a luxurious looking display of velvet roses but on arrival they were buds only and were disappointing. Add to that the fact that there were only 10 roses one of which was dying and was thrown away. I did contact customer services and that contact is ongoing. This order was placed on behalf of my brother for his daughter's birthday. I'm left feeling I let him down.”

“Awful experience. Got the order completely wrong, sent not only wrong flowers but incorrect number! Spent hours trying to get through on the phone, nobody bothers to reply to emails. Overall very poor service and will not be using ever again.”

“Ordered a Valentine bouquet from Living Social. Paid the delivery charge to Blossoming gifts after requesting delivery date of 13/2. The flowers weren't delivered either the 13 or 14/2. Contacted Blossoming gifts via messaging on Face Book and Hannah was fantastic and explained that there was a problem with the delivery. This understandably caused upset at home with the recipient feeling that the occasion had been forgotten.”

“I'm so glad with the arrangements done by the blossoming team. My gift set arrived on my specified day and I was given a specific and accurate time of when it would arrive so I could make sure someone was home to recieve it. the flowers are Beautiful and the teddy was adorable.”

“Shocking service. Ordered a bouquet for my mum 2 weeks ago. They arrived half dead. I immediately emailed and received nothing in return, so I emailed again and finally got a reply after 2 weeks to ask for photos. I sent these 4 days ago and have heard nothing. Will never use them again.”

“your rose is not as big and bloomed as you presented in the picture. I'm not satisfied at all because I can buy a more luxury rose bunch with the amount I spent. Not recommended.”

“The photo of the product was much fancier than what the product actually was. The gift arrived on time but it was missing part of the package. I addressed the matter to Blossoming Gifts.com and they were very positive, they promised to deliver the missing part and offered a discount on my next purchase.”

“The flowers arrived excellently packaged and we're beautiful. The only thing I was slightly irritated by was the orchids didn't come in the tin pots that were pictured in on your website. I was rather disappointed to find them in normal ceramic pots, maybe state in your website they'll come in different pots to the ones pictured. However overall service was good and they were delivered on time. Thanks Emmie :)”
