This is the worst flower delivery service. The quality of the bouquets were awful (nothing like the pictures on their website). But almost worse than the terrible quality of the flowers (if that's possible) is Blossoming Gifts' customer service. I have emailed and called numerous times, and still, no reply. Disappointing doesn't cover it. Don't touch with a barge pole.

I received the flowers from my daughter. After a day, two of the roses had wilted and after another couple of days the rest of the roses were in the same state. The lilies in the bouquet never opened. I did not like to tell my daughter but felt I had to as I did not want her to waste her money in future. A five pound bouquet from the supermarket would have been superior. My husband also used you to send a bouquet to his mother, they arrived in a very poor state. Some of the greenery was shrivelled and brown and again the roses died. Not a very good advert for your company and a complete waste of money. Needless to say we will not be using you again.

Carnations had brown tinge to them. Lillies never bloomed and just shrivelled up and died. For the price, simply not worth it. Can get better flowers for half the price from the supermarket. Guess that's what happens when sent through the post and not kept in water. Won't use again!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum for Mother's Day.Only four of the lillies opened and what was left (around 14 other buds) did not open,dried up,went brown and fell off.My mum is a florest and knows how to look after and care flowers but obviously these were poor quality.Contacted you with feedback and never heard anything back.Customer service obviously non existent.Feel I should get a refund.I even offered to send photos to show poor state of flowers.Waste of money,very disappointed.Can someone contact me.

Ordered a bouquet to be delivered Monday 7th March, was phoned on that Monday to tell me they wouldn't be able to deliver them until Thursday. I accepted this as they offered to upgrade the flowers and add a bottle of wine and some chocolates. On Wednesday I received an email to say they had cancelled my order as they couldn't fulfill the order. I then ordered another bouquet as they refunded me and offered me some money to spend on another bouquet, I requested at extra cost for Thursday delivery it wasn't delivered until Friday! Also when the flowers arrived they weren't as good as the photo and didn't match the description. I emailed them to ask about this but I haven't heard back of them??? I would completely avoid this company

I ordered the flowers for Mothers Day, they were delivered but not left (there was a porch to leave parcels) it was then redelivered on the following Thursday, by that time the flowers were dead. I wrote two emails to customer service but had no reply to either of them. So I will not be using this company again.

Very disappointed. The orchid arrived half dead. I have contacted the company twice asking for a refund and have heard nothing back. A very bad service. Jacqueline Hickey

Arrived already wilted, tried to get in touch with company twice and no response even after 2 weeks. Supposedly a 7 day guarantee but you'll be lucky to get ahold of them to get your money back. Not recommended.

I ordered a mixed bouquet of roses and lilies. The delivery was on time but the quality of the flowers was very poor. The roses were browning, wrinkled and generally well past heir best. I had to apologise to my mother-in-law as they were for Mother's Day. I will never order flowers online from you again.

I will never use Blossoming Gifts again. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, they arrived broken, looking horrible and not Fresh. Tried to call the company every day, but nobody answers the phone, e-Mailed them few times, and did not get a reply. PLEASE, can someone finally contact me!!!

Firstly flowers were poor quality and no balloon as I had ordered and paid for. I contacted the customer service team the day after when I saw a photo. No response.. I wrote again a week later and I'm still waiting!

According to my Mother this was a very shoddy bouquet. Too much greenery and the flowers wilted after a couple of days

I ordered a large bouquet for my Mum for Mothers Day well in advance on February 19th, order 700018692 & paid an extra £5 for the larger one. The bouquet didn't arrive for Mother's Day as requested, but arrived a day late on the Monday 7th March. My Mum had been at home on the Saturday when the card was dropped through the letter box by Royal Mail, she's not deaf and said no one knocked on the door or rang the bell. Very disappointing as they had been ordered so much earlier. Also the flowers looked tired & old. I contacted Blossoming gifts Customer Support via email on the 6th March asking what had happened to the order as it had not been delivered, I received the automated reply below at 09.28pm: Thank you for contacting Blossoming gifts Customer Service. We've received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible. For a quicker response, please give us a call on 0844 995 0373 , our opening hours are displayed below. Please note that you may be able to find your answer on our web site. You can check by clicking this link to visit our Customer Service page. We will get back to you soon! On the 5th March we logged a complaint, received an automated reply telling us it had been logged and they would get back to us. Now 16th March Still no contact. very poor customer relations.

Bouquet of flowers were very small. Flowers practically dead on arrival, lasted a few days. Was not worth money would not order from them again, could get better bouquet at local supermarket.

Shocking flowers not what I thought I had ordered. Very misleading website. I wanted a Bouquet of carnations and insted I got 3 and a bit of green leaves. Will never buy from this company again. I've even made a complaint and no one has got back to me. Poor service, poor quality totally misleading!!!

I ordered mothers day gifts flowers and a hamper...I was guaranteed a delivery date Friday 4 march which is why I got them as the weekend I'd booked dinner for Mother's Day...Friday the hamper never turned up ...phoned and was told I could not have a refund unless 2 days had past...had to stay in Saturday and mothers day waiting for hamper that never arrived....until Monday the day after Mother's Day I usually use another company and have in years never had issues and certainly never had a special gift being delivered after the date it should have arrived missing the event entirely ...it completely ruined Mother's Day and yet cost me 73.00 for the privilege of cancelling weekend plans and sitting in for nothing Will never use this company again! I received an e-mail from the company telling me that the flowers had been dispatched. They didn't actually arrive until the 9th after I sent an e-mail to complain. When they did arrive the flowers were wilted and in fact died the next day. I have sent at least 5 e-mails-no response whatsoever. I phoned the 'customer service line' several times-nobody picks ups. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SHAMEFUL SERVICE!

Very bad service ordered two lots of flowers for my mother and mother in law for mothers Day. Deliveries were on time but when I went on the Minday to visit my mum the flowers were wilting and looked awful. I tried phoning but was kept on the line for too long . Decided to email and said they would look into it but yo this day I haven't heard anything.

do not use this company. they are a rip off for the money. they delivered on the wrong day so my sick mother didnt get her mothers day flowers on the day she came out of hospital. i left so many emails and had no response to my complaint. very unproffesional
