Flowers weren't anything like I ordered! The roses came back almost dead and few snapped Lily's. The "just for mum" bunch I ordered was meant to have roses, Lily's and carnations but there was no carnations and the flowers I had was the wrong colour?! I wrote a email but never had a reply. Better off buying from tesco, cheaper & better quality!!

My flowers arrived on time but we're half dead after spending 45 minutes on the phone trying to get through to someone with no success the flowers were just put in the bin as they were that bad I could not give them too the intended person

Overpriced rubbish. Flowers turned up 3 days late, dead and half the size I expected. Chocolate bouquet was also poor, 10 choc bars for £40, cheap design and again smaller than expected. Will NEVER use this website/company again.

did not arrive with the vase i paid for. tried for several hours last week but unable to contact via telephone? have contacted via email - no response. i will be contacting you via social media - as it looks as though i will get a response this way!

The flowers just looked a bit sad, the colours were faded and not bright like in the photo, they weren't fresh; they were droopy and on their way out. Just looked nothing like the photo. Would never have bought them in a shop. I was embarrassed when my mum (the recipient) sent me a picture of them - looked like I didn't love her! Really disappointed especially considering the price. I've ordered flowers from lots of different companies before and understand they can get a bit bashed about in delivery but have never had something of such a bad standard - definitely won't be coming back.

Ordered 2 lots of flowers for mothers day, both arrived dead, heads missing, flowers all droopy. Tried contacting but they have no intrest in resolving. They want to take your money and send you utter rubbish, one bunch wasnt even what i ordered, for 34.99 i would have got much better from asda for a tenner!!!!

Easy to order and flowers were a competitive price. However Royal Mail gave a bad delivery service and I emailed Blossoming Gifts a week ago to inform them that the quality of the flowers had been jeopardised and I wasn't happy. I received a generic email back to say I would get a response, however a week on I have not received any feedback at all. Website may be good, but customer service is shocking. This was my first shop with Blossoming Gifts and after this level of customer service, it is unfortunately also my last.

Having placed an order for Mother's Day I was absolutely disgusted by the almost dead bouquet that turned up. Albeit they arrived on time well packaged even though the normal postman delivered them (not sure what the £4.99 premium delivery is for then). On opening they look hideous. My wife was bitterly disappointed as they didn't last the day and were binned the following morning. 4 sad girls then had to run to the supermarket to make it up to their mum. I sent an email to the company stating as much with the promise of time stamped pictures however still have had no response bar this review reminder. Overall a very disappointing experience and I for one certainly won't use your services again.

They are the worst flowers I have ever sent. I will never use you again. It made me look like I never put any thought in to my mothers day gift.. The flowers said they where Blueberry Pie. Pink flowers where in the so called bouquet, never had a pink bluberry!!!!

Flowers ordered for Mother's Day, for delivery the day before. They were delivered 3 days early and no card or message was included so my mother didn't know who they who from. I have since emailed to complain about this but not received w response back!

This was ordered in plenty of time for both my mother end my mother in law for Mother's Day but it didn't arrive till the following day.Since I live in a different country to my beloved relatives,and this was to represent me in my absence,they obviously felt let down when there was no acknowledgement on Mother's Day.Rhis company let me down badly

I paid extra for delivery specific for Mothering Sunday and was advised during the day it would not be delivered. Flowers that were supposed to be a surprise became a disappointment as my mother thought I had forgotten her!!! The were delivered a day later, having spent an extra day and night in DPD depot and as a result the flowers were damaged with all the roses having gone brown. They looked like the flowers that are reduced in a supermarket!!! I sent an email via website requesting contact on Monday and have had zero response and now you ask me for my feedback. The service is appalling and the aftercare is non existent. This is not a service I would recommend ever!!!

AVOID! Ordered Orchid & added extra of a balloon for sisters 40th as unable to share it with her. Delivery was a day later than advertised (not a huge problem). Quality (size) of the Orchid was not as picture, nor was it in pot having any resemblance of the picture. Most disappointingly there was no Happy B'day balloon! Emailed the company, who responded initially on the same day offering to refund the cost of the balloon and asked for a picture of the Orchid to investigate further, advising they would respond fully within 2xdays. A picture was sent the same day. I have also sent 2x further emails but a week later still waiting for refund of the balloon and outcome of the Orchid query. Real shame. As a first time customer not rushing to use again.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. My flowers and jug were delivered to an old address, entirely my fault, which I admitted to the company. My friend has moved to a house close by but the delivery service didn't try to locate her. When I asked if flowers could be redelivered perhaps at a discounted price, I was happy to pay something but hoped out of goodwill the company would offer some help, this was totally refused. So one disappointed customer.

Did not get what I paid for. Still waiting for a refund. Ordered a dozen red roses, plus chocolates and balloon for Valentine's Day. Delivery by DPD was paid for - £11 extra. Myhermes "attempted" delivery on Valentine's Day when my wife and I were in the house. So my wife eventually received them on 15th Feb. Received 11 RED ROSES, the chocolates, and NO BALLOON. So a day late and a dollar short as they say. Asked for a refund, was offered that or another bouquet. But 1 week later and the refund has still not materialised. I would avoid ordering from this company.
