“Well When I Ordered the Flowers on Saturday the Group of Flowers Looked Bigger, & Then I Decided to go Large But as it Arrived & We Opened the Parcel in my Opinion it Wasn't Great Value for Money!!”

“I ordered a large bunch of sunflowers with a matching vase and chocolates for my mum for her birthday before I went on holiday to say thank you for all her help and support over the year and I asked my mum for her feedback it was; The flowers came and were delivered to the neighbour, 4 of the sunflowers were already dead on arrival so had to be put in the bin, the flowers were not in the matching vase that I had ordered ( I had assumed they would be arranged in the vase) and the vase was actually useless to the deliver because they didn't fit in it. Overall disappointed because it spent a lot of money.”

“Flowers looked nice, but even though I ordered well in advance they still turned up a day later than the delivery date I requested. So they turned up the day after the recipients birthday.”

“The quality of the flowers were very poor. The roses were close to dying when the arrived so by the time the lilies opened up, the roses had to be binned. Not impressed”
