Absolutely terrible. Order not delivered; on contacting Bloom & Wild told problems with carrier. Wrong tracking numbers. Still unable to track when given new tracking number (saying the address did not match tracking number. Managed to speak to Bloom & Wild yesterday (Sunday) and was refunded my money. This was the first time I tried using this company and will not use them again

Do not use this company! I ordered flowers on Sunday that were to be delivered for Tuesday, they were despatched Monday apparently? They did not arrive, when I queried this I was told it was not there fault and they would give me £10 off my next order? Even though the flowers never arrived! I then received an email to say they would be delivered Friday! This is ( days after they were despatched! The flowers would clearly be dead by this time! After several complaints and the flowers still not arriving on the Friday I received an email thanking me for my custom and to write a review!!!! Surely this is a joke?!

I have already discussed my complaint with Eliverta and I sincerely hope that the replacement that is being sent to my friend reaches the standard I would expect from Bloom & Wild.

I am surprised you have requested this after the service and experience I’ve received. The flowers were not delivered on the day I’d paid extra to ensure they arrived on. They were for an old friend who’s father had passed away and as you missed the date she won’t get them until nearly a week after she returns from the funeral. You blamed your delivery partner when they hadn’t even received the flowers in an email providing an update and then offer to give the delivery fee back as a credit which is not acceptable. After calling your customer services you agreed to refund the cost but I see you haven’t refunded the entire cost. I can only offer you advice going forward as I will not use your company again. If you can’t deliver the flowers on a day someone has specifically requested use the telephone and call them with complete transparency rather than sending an email blaming your business partners.

Dear Ian, I am ever so sorry about your negative experience with Bloom & Wild. This weekend we had an issue with our deliveries where a small number were delayed arriving on Sunday instead of Saturday for which we take full responsibility for. I do apologize most sincerely that your order has been affected. As soon as we were aware of this issue - we offered a full refund of the shipping cost and an additional credit onto your bloom and wild account as an apology from us. I do apologize if this was miscommunicated. If you're missing any refunds, please do reach out to us and we would love to put this right.

Flowers sent by my daughter for my 70th birthday. Delivered day before requested. Flowers poor quality. Leaves broken and falling off. Large rotting areas on leaves. Very disappointed.

The flowers were pathetic and were supposed to revive. They did not revive in fact quite the opposite they were falling apart after day two. I am disgusted with the product for the amount you charge. The circumstances have upset and distressed me greatly and I am embarrassed that I sent these as a thank you to a friend. Would never never never buy them again. I am now in the process of trying obtain a refund which by law I am entitled to. I have photos as evidence and will continue until I get my refund.

Absolutely no customer service once you have placed your order and it goes wrong- the email response clearly indicates your staff cannot read.

Really disappointed with the quality. Flowers haven't even lasted 5 days. I buy flowers every other week so know how to take care of them. I followed all instructions for these that were detailed in the leaflet around watering, trimming stems, vase position in the room and the flowers have started dying. So disappointed considering the price these were, I can get flowers from the supermarket for 1/4 of the price that last much longer than these, will not be buying again.

My family have been using your excellent service and flowers for a long time now. But the flowers I ordered for my wife's birthday on the 15th were very disappointing. Well below your usual high standards. We had to throw some of them away. The reason for the low score.

Delivered to wrong address, no replacement - I changed the address for a subscription and it worked for one month but then they reverted it back. They've sent this month's flowers to the wrong address and are refusing to replace.

The flowers I ordered were nothing like I ordered for my grandaughter. They were different flowers and very sparse, in fact shocking. I did receive a refund quite quick but does not make up for the disappointment. Sorry but would never order again and was not offered any compensation whatsoever.

Very disappointed plant did not arrive on chosen date or day after ,after numerous phone calls I was informed plant had not left your Depot, I asked about compensation and was told I could have £10 towards next order!!! I would think the least should be done is send chosen Plant free of charge

Hi I have used Bloom & Wild a few times but this week sent flowers for a birthday to be delivered for Wednesday and they didn’t arrive. I checked tracker and it advised delivered. They had not been recieved. No card left to advise delivered elsewhere. They turned up on doorstep 3 days later. Beautiful flowers all dead. I contacted customer service and attached photo. Was advised oh dear well they were delivered. I asked for a refund or credit but have not heard since. Usually great service and lovely flowers but Royal Mail let the service down and so have customer service for Bloom & Wild. Disappointed 😔

Last two bunches I’ve ordered haven’t been good, not been impressed for the money they cost. Lilies not opened, flowers arrived damaged or heads of them soggy and limp, and life of decent stems has been short.

Unfortunately my recent experience was very different to previous experiences. I order the tray of succulents which unfortunately did not survive the postal/courier service. I will attach photos below. With the first delivery, the succulents were very squashed and the middle one was badly damaged, the tray was also damaged. I called your customer service and they were very helpful and offered a replacement. The replacement also did not fair well via post/courier as one of the succulents was completely destroyed. I would suggest that this product is not suitable for delivery!

I have purchased flowers from Bloom & Wild around 5 times now and the last 2 times have not been great. It was my grandmothers 80th birthday and her flowers were delivered 1 week later than the date they should have been there. They of course weren’t great by the time they were delivered. Then my mum received her flowers this week which she said they weren’t looking great compared to the other times she’s had the flowers. So I’m afraid I will be not ordering again from Bloom & Wild and will be trying a new alternative.

Flowers arrived a day late. Chose letterbox delivery so there were no issues but Royal Mail did first delivery attempt was refused which is nonsense. Flowered we’re all bashed. Not impressed at all.

I must admit that the service has really disappointed me. Firstly, I am asking you to compare my picture attached to this letter and the picture of ordered flowers on your website. Are you sure that this is the same collection of flowers and the same color set? I ordered this bouquet to make a surprise for my friend and this is what I experienced((( Secondly, the delivery was dismissed by DPD company without any reason at the day I chose. My friend spent time to find out about that in your international telephone service in France where no one speaks a word in English!!! And this is not the end of story( In order to get the shabby and stale flowers next day my friend actually run for the delivery car around the city as they decided that the enter to the building was closed and didn’t even call to recipient to check it. So, I am sorry but this is awful experience I would never repeat again
