I sent flowers to my friend recovering from an operation she stated they looked dead on arrival and never picked up.

I ordered myself some flowers for Valentine’s Day as had a tough year. I’ve never done anything like this before and I was really looking forward to receiving the bouquet. I spent around £50 on it - which is the most I’ve spent on anything like this before and was expecting something really special. However when the flowers came they were crushed and dying and I was really disappointed. I’d also used bloom and wild to send flowers to friends throughout lockdown and felt really embarrassed at what they could ha e received. I think the pictures speak for themselves. But wouldn’t use this company again and think it was very thoughtless to send flowers in such a terrible condition. No use of flower protectors in sight. Wouldn’t recommend

My order has been delayed for the fourth time. I've emailed customer services with no reply in over a week. I've been waiting for my flowers for a over a month, when it gave me a date on the website. That fact I cannot seem to even talk to someone on the phone or get a reply to my email is even worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered myself the dried letterbox flowers to give my lounge a splash of colour. Unfortunately quite a few of the stems were broken leaving the flower heads hanging. I don’t think they will make it to the lounge they have been demoted to the hall! This certainly won’t put me off using yourselves again because your fresh flowers are beautiful and they are always delivered on time. Thanks June

The order was delivered locally and arrived on time. However I was very disappointed with the flowers, As they did not resemble anything like the photo on the webpage, despite my phoning to check their flower stock ( which I was assured was excellent) and offering to pay extra to make it even more special if necessary. I include a photo of the flowers and the website shot for comparison.

I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day as B&W were highly recommended from a nursing colleague. However, I feel very disappointed in the quality of flowers that my mother received. My poor mother didn’t want to ‘seem ungrateful’ and to upset me when they arrived. However when she heard I’d spent almost £50 on them she was shocked. Some of the flowers were too damaged to display, some didn’t bloom at all and the bouquet seemed sparse as compared to the picture. I am very disappointed to say the least!!!

Sent my mum some flowers and what she received wasn’t the flowers I picked by any stretch of the imagination. They were a £30 bunch and it looked like is sent her a £5 bunch from a petrol station. I did get a full refund. I also received the dried bunch as a gift and they were in such bad condition. I was gifted another bunch of dried flowers that came from Etsy and the difference in quality was crazy, they were beautifully put together, vibrant and half the price! I will be deleting the wild and bloom app today as I feel since I started using them the quality in there product has deteriorated which is such a shame.

received a bouquet from my daughter for mothers day, what a disappointment the greenery was snapped in half, the roses and the carnations had no fragrance and barely opened before going brown, have never had anything from this company before and will definitely not recommend them, supermarket flowers are better than these overpriced excuse for flowers. I'm upset that my daughter wasted her hard earned money on this companies shoddy goods. I'm doing this without name so as not to upset her, but i will make sure she dosent use this company again.

I received a £30 florists pick bouquet from my partner for my birthday, 2 days before mothers day. Some of the stems were substituted for others half the height, which is disappointing and altered the arrangement. The sachets of plant food were soaked through, so weren't much use and had ripped and spilled in the box, but I scraped up as much as I could to put in the water. 2 Carnations had the heads snapped off. The stocks don't smell of anything and that is why I would usually include those in a bouquet, for their scent. The roses had brown petals, not just on the outer layer and never opened. They have just continued to drop petals. The gypsophila sprays only had ONE flower open and all the leaves have just dropped. The whole thing is a scrawny mess and the £5 bouquets from Lidl I got from friends, were infinitely better and still going strong a week later. My partner is so disappointed but I've told him they are great. It is the first time he has sent me flowers, I feel so bad that he had wasted his money. I think they had too many orders for mothers day and just used the left overs they'd usually throw away.

Appalling. This is my third box recieved and all have been poor quality blooms, bruised, dehydrated, bashed, broken stems and immature flowers. I am a florist, I know what to look for and how a flower should last given correct care. I recieved my first box in October last year for my birthday. I let the company know of their condition but not that of the sender, not wanting to appear ungrateful or upset them. Mothers day I recieved the second box, which the blooms were dry, dehydrated, showing signs on the petals, and browning and bruised edges. Signs of mould and sweating leaving brown marks on the head near the calyx. I emailed the company photos, they agreed a replacement and sent it today. That replacement contained 3 broken stems and battered, bruised Roses, signs of mould again as above. Dry packing flowers and putting them in a box barely 2" in depth, then shoving them through a letterbox is never going to be a good concept. Flowers are perishable and need a water source fast. Stems seal over in 10-15 minutes sp they need a good conditioning cut of a sharp angle and put into fresh water straightaway. Reviving them through the post, via a courier or post person means they have had multiple handling prior to reaching their destination. Cutting them at bud form and putting them in a box means they are naive and not graded quality you recieve from a florist. Charging £30 plus for these 'bouquets' is a rip off and a poor reflection on a quality bouquet at this price. Highly unimpressed and no replacement makes up for that.

I am incredibly sorry to hear this. We make every effort to ensure flowers arrive in the condition we expect it to, so it seems something has slipped through the net on more than one occasion. We will certainly be chasing this with the team to investigate further. We would love the opportunity to put this right – if you could drop us an email with the ref: 1434500 to support@bloomandwild.com We look forward to hearing from you. Warmest, Sol

Last year I received Mothers Day flowers from Bloom and Wild which on first appearance were unimpressive and even rather shocking ,because they just looked like dead weeds. However they did improve over a week and eventually looked like a reasonable bunch of flowers.I did not mention my disappointment to my daughter as I did not want to hurt her feelings This year,my heart sank when the same bouquet came through my letterbox two days before Mothers Day.This time ,there was flower food missing,a broken bloom and water had entered the package making everything soggy. I felt disgusted especially as the contents looked even worse than previously. This year they have failed to thrive :the 5 blooms are starting to come out after 7days but all the sprays have shrivelled and died. I gave feedback and was offered a nicer bouquet by way of apology. It was left outside on the ground with no note through the door. The package was ripped open, soaking wet ,the flowers exposed.I felt it was like adding insult to injury. The whole affair has left me feeling very upset and angry. It was like an insult rather than a blessing. I think Bloom and Wild should consider taking the first arrangement off their website :it does nothing for your reputation and on first sight raises only negative feelings .I don't know the name but it's yellow and white. Also perhaps you should review your couriers as they delivered two damaged parcels . I would have refused to accept the second one but was denied that right. The final point I would like to make is that receiving flowers for a special occasion which will take days to look good( if they ever do) seems to miss the point that people like me want to receive something beautiful which has a real wow factor and makes them feel loved and appreciated. My experience with Bloom and Wild has left me feeling upset and diminished and also caused upset and disappointment for my daughter

I received flowers on Saturday before Mother’s Day they were not asleep seven stems were dead, I did phone and have received a replacement, not so bad but two of the stems broken. My husband paid £47, it did include a box of eight chocolates, really not worth the money. Very disappointed because in the past I have received beautiful flowers from you. Will not be ordering for a while.

This is the second time in one week they have failed to deliver. Today’s were for a 90th birthday and was ordered two in advance.Spoke with them and was given all sorts of excuses, they were supposed to arrive by there own courier Michael.I don’t think Michaels exists and during the conversation then referred to DPD and Royal Mail. They then said there was only a 90% chance the delivery would actually be completed on the day . Why don’t they tell you this when booking? They also they disclosed the flowers ordered were actually out of stock. Missing a 90th birthday cannot be replaced. Would never use again.

Hey Jill, Thanks for getting in touch, we do indeed have our own couriers, Michael included, as well as offering services via Royal Mail and DPD - some of these options are guaranteed, others are not. I do apologise for any confusion when discussing these options. I am also sorry your deliveries in particular were delayed, especially given it was such a special occasion. Do please get in touch with the team via support@bloomandwild.com and we can try to put this right for you.

Oh dear! I have used Bloom and Wild on numerous occasions and have been delighted. Mother's Day, flowers arrived for my Mum, Billie £51.00. 3 stems were broken, 4 pink roses four days on are dead!!!! What an expensive mistake. Terrible. Won't be using again. Such a shame because I have probably ordered a dozen times for various people and indeed have received several deliveries myself. But won't risk spending that sort of money again.
