The flowers were a get well gift , I found out they had arrived with mouldy slimy broken stems , some had to be thrown away. My friend contacted yourselves as did I at the end of last week , a replacement bouquet was offered but I have not heard anything since.

Last 2 bunches I have received have been awful. Flowers drooping or not opening. We received a replacement bunch after the first time. Replacement bunch just as bad. Customer service had trouble understanding us!!!! Not happy at all. Been using this company for 3 years and never had a problem. Seems to be going downhill.

The person I sent them to told me there were a lot of dead flowers needed picking out of the bouquet they received very embarrassing for me

Last night I have ordered 'The Birthday Bouquet' for little Violetta, who lives in Chertsey on her 4th birthday from her grandmother from Greece. The website of Bloom & Wild was kindly offering "next day delivery" option. All website reviews were 5 stars from happy customers! It was promising to receive an email of confirmation of the order and that the flowers have already been received by Royal Mail and gift is on the way. But the email also said that there is 95 % chance that the gift will arrive on time, but... it may also arrive a day late. And here the funny part starts. After giving the flowers to the Royal Mail the Bloom & Wild have absolutely no control no responsibility for the time of arrival of the gift. The client service was suggesting to wait until the end of the day and hope for the best because they can't do nothing about it. They kindly suggested the replacement flowers for the other day... But sorry, we don't just buy the flowers for our pleasure here but ordering a service for the gift to be delivered for specific time and place (so called "occasion"). And unfortunately, for this birthday Violetta will not remember her grandmother's flowers, because they were NONE....

Hi Lucy hope you're well. Wish I could leave good feedback. Ordered for Saturday 23rd October for my wife's birthday. Did not turn up ...got told Sunday....did not turn up then the tracking said Tuesday.... but turned up on Monday and left at the side of the house in the cardboard box it came in and it had rained and me and my wife was at work so they did not look great .took several emails for me to get a refund that I'm told would take between 5 to 10 days to get after being told that you don't get refunds only credit to your account. So very sorry to say a very poor experience.

Delivery 95% assured for Saturday 16th (the birthday) but turned up on Monday 18th. Please do not take my money if you cannot do the job.

Ordered flowers for my daughter in law after she came from a major operation. My son didn’t have the heart to tell me that the roses l ordered where dead when they arrived. Very upsetting 😢

Completely embarrassed and mortified my mum who is injured received these I feel absolutely ashamed! They look nothing like the photo, they are dropping and don't even seem to be the same flowers.

such a disappointment. as they were dead. the leaves were ripped, and dangling off the stem. the flowers were droopy even after 3 days. the information leaflet said they would look dead but by day 2 would look alive and full of life- they did not. such a shame as they were a lovely bunch on the photos and great colours. won’t be buying from here again. absolute waste of money.

I ordered some flowers on Saturday to be delivered on Monday. They never arrived & still haven’t. I was offered my money back & that was it. I feel that that should of sent a replacement bunch as a sorry for the missed occasion. No great when you send for people’s birthdays etc.

DPD left the flowers on the road outside the house , didn’t follow the delivery instructions, followed up but it was DPD dealing with the complaint , sent a photo of the flower box in bushes outside the house in direct sunlight

They didn’t deliver on time for my mothers 80th birthday. Usually have been pretty good in the past. But an almighty screw up. And I’m pretty sure when I complained it was a bot who replied. And the response was the standard we’ll give you a tenner of your next order, rather than try and get the flowers to my Mum today!!!!!!! No mention of when the flowers will arrive, just a tenner of the next order. I asked they donate the tenner to charity, but I don’t think they will, because the bot replied and thanked me. It’s the response to how a company deals with issues that matters, and on this one, they scored zero!!

50/50 Disappointing floppy flowers that wilted rather than bloomed. Though some looked great you’d expect 100% for your money.

Was really disappointed. I ordered white lilly's for a friend who's husband had died. She received an assortment of colours with no Lilly's.

We are not happy with your service as you did not deliver as you promised. We payed £22 on 16/09/2021 for Birthday flowers to be delivered on 18/09/2021 at Hilton Hotel, BUT you did not deliver as agreed.

Really unhappy with my order. I ordered a fern to come in a gold pot, it arrived in a white pot. This may seem minor which is fair comment, but I was ordering on the basis of the photo advertised . There was no obvious reference to the possibility that it would be a different coloured pot when I ordered. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do and I had to lump it basically. Rubbish . I’m not ordering from this company again, previously I have ordered and there haven’t been any issues. Very disappointed.

Very unhappy with the service!! Ordered flowers to be delivered the next day for a family members birthday and they arrived 2 days later. The flowers were all dry and dull looking!!

Hi Saima, ever so sorry to hear about the delay with your blooms! Unfortunately our free delivery service is not guaranteed for the date and deliveries sent via this method can occasionally take an extra working day in transit. We do aim to make this clear at the time of ordering but I am so sorry if this was missed. Due to the nature of letterbox flowers and how they are packaged, we'd expect them to look a little 'sleepy' on arrival, but we hope that you are amazed by how much they perk up once they've been trimmed and had a chance to drink overnight in the vase. Once fully rehydrated, depending on the variety of stems, we'd expect the bouquet to be in full bloom after around 3 days on average. Of course, if this doesn't happen, please do pop us an email at hello@bloomandwild.com and we would love to put this right.

Delivery was left on my doorstep , luckily my neighbour took the parcel in and to make it worse the card I had wanted with it with a personal message wasn’t even in the box. Will not be using again
