I had ordered these flowers for my friend at work. It was her 40th. Unfortunately when she posted the picture on Facebook of the flowers to show everyone I was every disappointed. There was hardly any flowers.

Receiving beautiful Flowers through the post certainly makes you smile but when they die quicker than expected it’s very disappointing! Especially when you know the senders have spent a lot of time and money choosing the perfect gift :( This has happened twice in the past few weeks and as an ex florist I k ow how to condition the flowers to get the best out of them

The flowers were not delivered on the day requested, nor were they delivered until I chased them. The explanation “they’ve been missed” this resulted me missing a special occasion. Will never use again and revert back to reliable local florists

I ordered some flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered on Sunday 13th June. She never received them. I contacted customer services and explained via email and received no response. I checked again with my friend on 18th June. Guess what no flowers or response to my email

Delivered flowers a day later than planned despite arriving at the Royal Mail depot at 3am. I wasn’t aware you could order for a guaranteed day as it’s not clear on the app. The flowers look in a poor state and anything but Zhen!! The recipient was disappointed not a great birthday gift. I have never had a problem with Bloom and Wild before this.

Unable to leave a review of the flowers as my grieving friend is yet to receive them, despite 2 attempts to deliver them and a note on the door to say to leave them outside. Now I've inconvenienced her to go to the delivery office at time she can't make. I thought the whole point was that they go through the letter box? I'd like a refund to send something else please. I have no idea what state the flowers will be in by the time they are picked up.

Very, very disappointed. Only a blank Happy Birthday card with them instead of the Anniversary card & words I had ordered Quality of flowers poor too - all now dead after only 6 days. Will never use Bloom & Wild again - when I used the online chat to complain all I was offered was £10 credit against any future order due to the missing card. That's it - finished with them now. Local florist delivered far better bouquet at half the price and they still looking good. Poor customer service.

Delivery should have been Saturday 5th. Sent to wrong Royal Mail depot and didn’t get to recipient until Monday 7th. Flowers not in the best condition by then. Very disappointing. I have received your flowers and been very impressed. First time I’d used your company to send flowers.

Very, very disappointing service. Two orders cancelled today Sol (manager who returned my call) following several unanswered emails was unable to explain why, or arrange a delivery or care that these Birthday flowers for a 90 year old Nana wouldn’t arrive as it ‘is a bank holiday’ & ‘hopefully someone will call you on Tuesday’. Unsure why, as a manager Sol wasn’t able to arrange a delivery to make an old lady’s day. Don’t use Bloom & Wild .... go to M&S. When I told them about my terrible experience & the nature of the delivery they upgraded my flowers & added a gift. SHAME ON YOU BLOOM & WILD

Ordered and paid for and still no delivery,very disappointed as it was a New Home gift, no offer of a refund, not used them before and I don’t recommend that you use them.

My son spend £54 and your flower and chocolate which arrive today and they are rubbish At M & S he would had got much better flower with chocolate for £35. Your flowers are a disgrace E. Ainley 8, Foscote Road NW4 3SD

I was really dissappointted with the flowers I recieved. The quality was ok but barely enough flowers to fill a vase and therefore really poor value. I can buy better bunches in my supermarket on line shop if I need value flowers and for something special I would rather support my local florist. I will not be using Bloom & Wild again.

Very disappointed. The recipients reported up to 50% of the flowers delivered were wilted and dead. As I live 200 miles from the recipients celebrating a new birth, I trusted Bloom & Wild to deliver beautiful flowers. The gesture has been ruined. Thanks.

My order was 48 hours late and flowers arrived droopy and still are after 2 days of being in a vase. I had no confirmation email from B&W to indicate delivery had been made so I had to try and track and trace through Royal Mail and discovered they had gone to the wrong depot in error. Once delivery had been made I still had no email from them or an apology. I was offered a £10 credit but I don't think I will be ordering from you again so would prefer a full refund. The moment was gone for my Aunt's 90th birthday surprise. It was awkward for me trying to find out if the flowers had arrived. I had to contact my cousin at work and wait for her to get home to see the flowers and confirm delivery had taken place. I am waiting for my cousin to send me a photo. I did not pay extra for delivery as I was under the impression that the delivery would take place on Tues 4th May with a 95% certainty. If they had arrived the following day it would have been ok but 48 hours late was unacceptable as there was no one to take delivery at the house and my Aunt had gone to stay with her other daughter so still has not seen the flowers. Shambles!

I can’t tell you how upset I am with these flowers which I received from my son and daughter-in-law yesterday for my birthday. I’ve never had a bad bunch from you before, but these are disgusting! I’d like to know what you are going to do about it please? Pauline.

I have used bloom and wild at least a dozen times over the lockdown for friends and gifts. Never experiencing their quality myself. It was my birthday and I got 3 bloom and wild deliveries. Two were bouquets one was a boxed flower. Day 2 one bouquet and the boxed flower set started drooping. Limp flowers. Day 3 the 2nd bouquet also went down. I have pruned and made a smaller bouquet out of three and a pile has to go to garden waste bin. Appalling quality. I am sorry to have sent it to so many friends. People never tell you that you have sent me rubbish flowers. Maybe we should.
