Didn’t arrive on time and no idea when it will arrived special occasion ruined ..won’t use them again ..ordered only as prompted by a message from bloom and Wild? Big mistake

Having used Bloom and Wild on numerous occasions, I felt confident sending a bouquet as a Birthday gift. However, when they bloomed, they were clearly not viable and some had to be discarded. This was so disappointing, as the pleasure of receiving flowers is in the scent when they bloom. Disappointing.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday 31st August and was assured delivery would be on Friday 3rd September. It is now Monday 6th August and the flowers are still not delivered. Tracking shows they should be delivered today but they will surely be dead. Very poor service from someone.

Dear Sue - I'm ever so sorry to hear that your blooms have only arrived today - this certainly shouldn't have been the case as although our Royal Mail free delivery is not guaranteed, we would expect it to arrive next day at the very latest. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Bloom and Wild. My order contained a vase which was delivered broken, also the replacement vase was broken.

I ordered flowers for mother in law 80’th birthday for delivery on 2nd September. Till this day she hasn’t received them. However, I spoke to Aleksander in customer services who was most helpful and rearranged another delivery for 8th September, however they couldn’t offer the original bouquet as out of stock. I am very curious about the timing of delivery and quality of the flowers.

Dear Ivana, I'm ever so sorry about the fact that these blooms have not arrived! This certainly shouldn't have been the case as our free Royal mail service while not guaranteed for next day, should arrive within two days at the very latest. I can see we have gone ahead and arranged an upgraded resend which we hope can be enjoyed.

Terrible service. Ordered flowers to arrive on 1 Sept and got tracking details they were with local post office. 36 hours later and still not delivered to my sister-in-law. Very poor communication with Bloom and Wild. They just palmed me off with standard diatribe about not guaranteeing specific delivery dates unless customer pays even more money - despite fact website allows you to pick a specific date for delivery. Ruined a surprise. I asked for refund and still they ignore me. Will never order from you again or recommend you to anyone

omg was excited to recieve a box of these flowers but what a disappointment. You get better flowers in a florist quality was apauling. Flowers looked dropey and broken.

I was very disappointed to hear from my family member that the flowers arrived squashed and a little rotten. I'm so upset as they were for her birthday.

Sorry my friend was very disappointed & so was I ..The lillies have turned brown & were only delivered on Monday some haven't opened yet...It was her 70th birthday & I know how much she loves lillies...I can send a photo of how poor they were ....a little embarrassing to say the least .

Having spent £73 on a special birthday bouquet for my husband including vase The appalling flowers arrived , broken , wilted and dead We emailed the company but no response, appalling customer service We would not use them again or recommend to anyone

We're truly so sorry to hear of this experience, we'd never want to leave anybody disappointed like this! We always do everything we can to get back to people within 4 hours as we want to always put things right as quickly as possible should anything ever go wrong. I can see your initial email came through to us just after Midday and one of our team has sent you an email just before 2.30pm this afternoon so I do hope you're able to see that soon and we'll do everything we can to put things right for you. On receipt the antirhinums were very droopy and did not recover when put in water. I have complained twice through the app, sent feedback when requested and e-mailed customer services - but have heard NOTHING back. The recipient, who had a monthly subscription, has now cancelled that as we are both very disappointed at the lack of customer service.

Flowers delivered squashed, rotting and petals falling off. Terrible. They were however very good about providing a swift refund… I also realised after this happened that they say on the website flowers will often be droopy on arrival and take 24 hours to perk up. Therefore they would hardly put a smile on a recipients face on delivery. If I’d known this I wouldn’t have ordered from them - they should make this clear before you place the order. Shan’t be using this company again.

I received The Hallie flowers yesterday but six of the leaves had to be cut off as they were snapped and drooping and this morning one of the flowers has dropped and there is no way it will come back very disappointed with them never worth the money I have them before twice and they have been the same I keep telling my son not to send them

I ordered flowers on Friday. Itt said 95% chance of next day delivery. It is now Tuesday and they still have not been delivered. Missed birthday by days. I would like a refund. Thanks Anna

Ordered Wednesday for Friday delivery for a bereavement Paid £5 extra for DPD delivery to ensure arrived Friday But Friday afternoon got a £5 refund No explanation Needless to say flowers have still not arrived as of today Monday. To be fair I did complain Saturday and was offered money off my next purchase Seriously! In the end I was given and received a full refund Arranged for flowers from another source. Never got to the bottom of it was DPD error or the florist
