“This is the first time that I have sent flowers with you, although I have been lucky enough to receive them. This is why I chose you, because the blooms were fresh and new and had time to open and look gorgeous. The flowers that I sent to a dear friend recently, were to tell her that I was thinking of her, as she remembered one year since her beloved husband passed away. Thank you very much.”

“I've been using B & W letter box flowers for quite a few years now, I've always been delighted with the flowers my friends and family have received, until this Christmas, but I thing the delays in the delivery was more to do with the post office than B & W. One was to myself and I don't think our postman understoode that the box could go through the letterbox. So fully recoremend B & W.”
