“I have been using Bloom and Wild for more years than I can remember. Mainly as presents but I also treat myself once in a while. The quality has always been great and delivery and packaging good. It is a shame that you have just asked me for a review as I treated myself this week and it is the first time I have been disappointed. The flowers arrived on the 9th September. Tight buds, as I expected, I put them in water and they slowly woke up. However, 6 days later the red gladioli have started flowing but the purple are only just starting to peak out - see attached photo. Hopefully a few more days should give me the display I'm used to!”

“I have used Bloom & Wild for letterbox flowers and a Christmas tree. They have all been wonderful ; much appreciated by the recipients, one of whom sent me pictures of the flowers as they bloomed. It must be magic!”

“Always delivered on time, clear instructions and packaging always keeps them safe. After one day they always look more alive. Clear app, super easy to use and when I complained once (delivery issue which meant flowers were damaged!) customer service were very helpful”

“I chose Bloom & Wild for a present for a friend's birthday because of gifts and flowers I had received which were so lovely,beautifully packaged and which gave me great pleasure.When the delivery of my friend's gift went wrong because of a delivery failure ,Bloom & Wild sorted it out very promptly,before I even contacted them. “Ordered flowers to be delivered on 8th September. Were eventually delivered on 14th September. No e mail confirmation received. I am usually really pleased with service provided, not so this time! I do hope they are not the same flowers that have been sat in a box all week! I did request the order to be resent. Order number 78910736”

“Received some flowers for our anniversary and unfortunately the box had appeared to have been mishandled in transit and half the heads were broken. Customer service were absolutely fabulous and arranged for a new bunch to be delivered and even credited the senders account with a gesture of goodwill. I buy from bloom and wild as they ate a fabulous uk company that take pride in what they do. I would thoroughly recommend bloom and wild.”

“Always use Bloom and wild for birthdays and special occasions. The fact you can select when it will be delivered makes it so much easier to plan ahead so you dont have to wait and do the maths yourself on when to wait to order. “Great service. Lovely choices of flowers and gifts with option to personalise. Easy to order and choose date for delivery. I ordered a small lemon tree along with afternoon tea gift with extra chocolate added. This was a gift for my mothers birthday and she says they arrived well packaged with lemons on the tree! Overall, very pleased with the product and service received and would recommend to others.”
