“First time I ordered from this company and I was really disappointed with the flowers. My friend sent me a photo of what she received and I was quite upset as they didn’t look at all like what I ordered. Contacted the company the same day and I have still had no response five days later. Very disappointed overall”

“There’s a great range of options available, not just the flowers but also suggested pairings which are really helpful. Delivery timescales are generally good with the opportunity to select day of delivery and in my experience these are pretty accurate despite the variable nature of most courier services. Overall the company has now become my number one choice.”

“I enjoy using Bloom and Wild for sending floral gifts in the post to mark a celebration or for life events. The availability of letterbox flowers is a bonus to ensure the recipient gets the gift safely without having to be at home at the point of delivery. The choice is good and the prices are moderate.”

“My friend was absolutely thrilled with the flowers. The ONLY issue was that the DPD driver didn’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door, so she didn’t know they had been delivered earlier in the day even though she was home. (It was only when I said the check her door a few hours after I got the delivery notification that I prompted her)”

“I’ve both gifted and received Bloom and Wild letterbox flowers. Cannot fault them. They are delivered when expected. I once was away and some arrived. They were sat in the box for a few days before I arrived home. They still bloomed and lasted over 2 weeks.”
