Not impressed at all as order of flowers did not arrive and no apology. The person I sent flowers too had to ring up to ask where they were.

I received my Christmas bouquet at lunchtime and the roses are black and have mildew on the leaves. I am very disappointed as I was hoping that they would last over Christmas. Quality control is really quite shocking.

My order was placed to be delivered Saturday 18th December. Its now Wednesday 22nd and is apparently still in transit at Gatwick. I think anything delivered now will be dying or dead. So have apologised to my Grandma for anything that might turn up this week. It would seem Bloom and Wild don't keep an eye on their sent orders, otherwise they would know it hasn't even been delivered?!

Unfortunately the flowers I had sent recently to family were not good, dried out and a lot of the foliage was dead, I tried repeatedly to contact you but to no avail. I am very disappointed because I have used your company on 2 occasions before and been very satisfied. However I will not use you again because I have been unable to report my disappointment in your company until now

Very disappointed with the order system. For my order for Mollie I was referred to a page giving 20% off and chose flowers costing 25.50. When I tried to provide an address a predictive post code came up with the wrong address and the site refused to allow me to correct this. I decided to start again but the site had been closed and the offer withdrawn. Eventually I ordered different flowers (cost about 23 pound) and I am told they arrived and are fine I then decided to place another order ( Mrs L ) and did not need to specify a date. Although I asked for the free service your system insisted on specifying a courier and making a 5pounds charge. It is possible that you did not trust the post office to deliver but that should have been made clear on every page of your website . IT WAS NOT and I felt misled to say the least. Goodbye Bloom &Wild, I will back to the local shop or elsewhere.

Flowers arrived day late. Have had flowers from bloom and wild on numerous occasions and understand that they take a couple of days before looking their best. This did not happen with this order. Roses were dead after two days. My wife also received flowers from marks and Spencer’s which arrive three days earlier which are still looking good. Will not be using bloom and wild again and will be telling all my friends the same. I expect to hear from you

A tiny Christmas tree not potted or decorated I’m so disappointed just wanted our poorly mum to have some Christmas cheer …only for her to end up having to pot up and decorate it herself …what’s the point in that ???

I ordered a deliver for a birthday gift two weeks ago and they have not been delivered. This is embarrassing and absolutely unacceptable. There is no excuse for it. I was advised that I could have a £10 voucher to compensate. As if I would order again from your company after this experience. If you’d have let me know that they weren’t being delivered today, I could have sorted something else out. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Honestly don’t understand why they have so many 5 stars. Ordered ‘the Oscar’ which was far from award winning as you can see by the photo. (The two big poppy seeds are artificial stems my mum added to try and give it something). £45!!! Reached out to them so to there credit they offered to send replacement flowers. This time I ordered ‘the jo’ as didn’t want to send my mum another disappointing bunch. These were so tiny they only filled half the box! Also all the dried heads are falling off before she even attempted to take it out of the box. Thank god I didn’t pay another £45 for them! Please don’t waste your money on this company especially if your sending to a friend or loved one as they will be very underwhelmed! Quite upset that I tried to do something nice for my mum and it was such a let down 👎🏻

Very disappointed as flowers arrived in a very poor condition. I complained as well as the recipient. They refunded payment within 2days. Unfortunately will not use again

For the second time in a few weeks the ordered flowers did not arrive. Very disappointed, flowers delivered two days late are hardly a birthday treat!! Won’t be using bloom and wild again.

Sent a friend the advent calendar branches. So embarrassed, as friend not impressed. Im sure it will ok when full but it looks really sad on day 8. For £33 feels over priced. Silly me for ordering. Should have got mini tree.

Flowers didn’t arrive in time for the birthday, poor customer service. Flowers did arrive 2 days’ late dead. Friend told me to request a refund. They were being sent to Greenwich not Scotland. Last time I received flowers from you they had to be replaced as the roses died. Was promised a £10 credit, was never added to the account. Company bas really gone downhill and I doubt I would use you again which is a shame as I had always thought your range of bouquets was excellent.

The flowers turned up 2 days late and dead. The promised replacement didn't turn up at all. The promised refund is yet to be seen!
