I used your company several times in the past and I have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately, this time I had a very different experience. I ordered flowers for a birthday of a close friend with plenty of time to be delivered on her special day. I was sent a message stating that the flowers were on the way and they will be delivered on time but my friend had the flowers delivered more than 24 hours later. I still don't know how fresh the flowers were then and the reason for the delay. A real pity because I recommended the company to many of my friends and I am not sure I can continue to use it or recommend it again.

Delivered a day late - just before 8pm a day later, the day after my wife's birthday. Extremely embarrassing. Should have gone for guaranteed delivery, but didn't think it would arrive when it did. The person delivering then proceeded to through it into our porch. Thought I would see how bloom and wild go before committing to a subscription. Will not be doing so.

So disappointed with Bloom and Wild,flowers ordered several days in advance as was very important for them to arrive on actual day.Received email on day stating flowers out for delivery and would arrive between 7am-5pm.on chasing up at 4pm to discover order would not be delivered that day!! No guarantee that they would even be delivered the next day Terrible service Found another company that promised next day delivery and thankfully flowers were received.Unfortunately going forward will not be using Bloom and Wild again as have lost confidence

Purchased flowers fro my mums birthday. Firstly they arrived a day late. My mum then followed the instructions and part of some of the flowers have already died.

Broken stems, leaves missing, flowers secured with yellow, tacky tape and wet clumpy flower food. Customer Service assured me they would be fine if I put them in water. Yes, you read that right! Really poor customer service. Nothing like the photographs. Ruined a special thought on a special day. Please avoid would be my advice.

Please, please avoid at all costs. Dead flowers, missing leaves, broken stems and staff who cannot be bothered to pick up the phone or be polite. Reduced to tears on my birthday

Hello I am very disappointed with this order as I wanted it to be delivered to my mum for New Year's Eve but as of today the flowers have not been delivered. I understand that Christmas and New Year is a busy time for Royal Mail but this is unacceptable. Please can you refund the money back for this order. Thanks Karl Gregson

Delivery no problem. Unfortunately I was so disappointed for my sister in law as we had bought this as a thank you for work she had done. The plant didn’t last long, 5 days to be precise!! This plant had been cared for as instructed.

Unfortunately pre Christmas letterbox flowers order left in shed not posted in letter box as described. Only just found them. This is the exception usually good service

Not impressed at all as order of flowers did not arrive and no apology. The person I sent flowers too had to ring up to ask where they were.

I received my Christmas bouquet at lunchtime and the roses are black and have mildew on the leaves. I am very disappointed as I was hoping that they would last over Christmas. Quality control is really quite shocking.

My order was placed to be delivered Saturday 18th December. Its now Wednesday 22nd and is apparently still in transit at Gatwick. I think anything delivered now will be dying or dead. So have apologised to my Grandma for anything that might turn up this week. It would seem Bloom and Wild don't keep an eye on their sent orders, otherwise they would know it hasn't even been delivered?!

Unfortunately the flowers I had sent recently to family were not good, dried out and a lot of the foliage was dead, I tried repeatedly to contact you but to no avail. I am very disappointed because I have used your company on 2 occasions before and been very satisfied. However I will not use you again because I have been unable to report my disappointment in your company until now

Very disappointed with the order system. For my order for Mollie I was referred to a page giving 20% off and chose flowers costing 25.50. When I tried to provide an address a predictive post code came up with the wrong address and the site refused to allow me to correct this. I decided to start again but the site had been closed and the offer withdrawn. Eventually I ordered different flowers (cost about 23 pound) and I am told they arrived and are fine I then decided to place another order ( Mrs L ) and did not need to specify a date. Although I asked for the free service your system insisted on specifying a courier and making a 5pounds charge. It is possible that you did not trust the post office to deliver but that should have been made clear on every page of your website . IT WAS NOT and I felt misled to say the least. Goodbye Bloom &Wild, I will back to the local shop or elsewhere.

Flowers arrived day late. Have had flowers from bloom and wild on numerous occasions and understand that they take a couple of days before looking their best. This did not happen with this order. Roses were dead after two days. My wife also received flowers from marks and Spencer’s which arrive three days earlier which are still looking good. Will not be using bloom and wild again and will be telling all my friends the same. I expect to hear from you

A tiny Christmas tree not potted or decorated I’m so disappointed just wanted our poorly mum to have some Christmas cheer …only for her to end up having to pot up and decorate it herself …what’s the point in that ???

I ordered a deliver for a birthday gift two weeks ago and they have not been delivered. This is embarrassing and absolutely unacceptable. There is no excuse for it. I was advised that I could have a £10 voucher to compensate. As if I would order again from your company after this experience. If you’d have let me know that they weren’t being delivered today, I could have sorted something else out. Absolutely unacceptable service.
