Unfortunately the flowers I received looked half dead. The first comment from my partner was did I steal them off a grave! Not a great start to Valentine's Day!

The Chinese money plant I ordered from Bloom&Wild arrived in an undamaged box looking tatty, dry and fit for the bin. Many stalks were dried at the ends and missing leaves, loose leaves were embedded in the soil, leaves and stalks were bent and damaged. The ceramic pot dwarfed the plant and crushed the plants leaves - was there no-one from Bloom&Wild quality team working that day? Big disappointment - put me off using this service, especially when the CS agent suggested the damage was by the courier! Awaiting a full refund …

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and opted for earlier delivery on 13th so they were here for first thing in the morning. Received a handy notification to say they had arrived so went to look for said blooms. Not anywhere in sight. When I managed to find the DPD delivery info there was a picture of the box on a log pile outside a house that certainly was not ours. Have walked the village, in the rain, trying to locate where the incompetent driver has left them. What a bitter disappointment especially for Valentine's Day. I will never order from this company again and will revert to local services which invariably are more interested in proper service. What an absolute let down.

Ordered for my mums birthday when they arrived I got told they were broken flowers some of them were I need shape. I was very disappointed as it ruined my surprise for my mother. Will not be ordering again from here.

I am not happy with my order. The flowers arrived after 4pm on Wednesday for my Mums birthday on Thursday. The flower were droopy and didn't look a fresh bouquet. They were put into a vase with water. The next day they still didn't look good. This was my first order to Bloom & Wild and I won't be ordering anymore flowers in future. The bouquet of flowers were going to my Mum in the home on her birthday. I am so disappointed. I don't have photos as yet although plan to be visiting my Mum again soon. I will take photos on my next visit and upload them to Bloom & Wild website.

Delivery through royal mail arrived on time, however I was very disappointed with the amount and quality of the flowers. These were a gift for my sister in law's 50th and I was so disappointed. The flowers have been thrown away within 3 days as they didn't last after all the care and attention was followed as informed in the set. I will certainly not be ordering again or recommending to family and friends. I have no photo available as they went in the bin within days.

Hi I received these lilies on Friday for my60th birthday from my brother. I’ve had flowers in the past and where amazing lasting weeks. I also sent him flowers last week and he appears to be happy with his. All but one stem each flower bent half snapped. Having to prop them against each other. I doubt very much whether they are going to bloom!

I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday who couldn’t celebrate because she had covid. The flowers never arrived. It was supposed to be a surprise but when I didn’t hear from her, had to ask if she’d received them. Totally spoilt the moment. Bloom and wild were very efficient at agreeing to refund me but I won’t use them again for a surprise, the delivery is not reliable enough.

My wife has used the company on many occasions and has been delighted with service and the products received. However on this occasion I ordered flowers for a family friend who had just returned home after surgery. The flowers unfortunately delivered to the wrong house and were delivered at 10:58pm and left on doorstep even thought they were letterbox flowers. The house that had received them were all self isolating and unable to pass onto the correct address. It wasn't until around 36hrs after the items were delivered that they were passed to the intended recipient. Hopefully a one off but disappointed in the service provided.

So embarrassed the flowers arrived late and when pressed on the quality my friend said they looked like a very sad bunch of weeds, I won't order again!

My flowers did not arrive the day I ordered them for, nor did they arrive the day after. After contacting customer service the my were slow to reply and therefore delayed the rescheduled delivery of my order. Even after they offered another day to send them they didn’t respond to confirm they had done this! The flowers arrived 4 days after the expected delivery. This was for a colleague going on MAT leave and was therefore not there in time for her leaving. Appalling service and customer service.

Left note for my friend to visit sorting office, should NOT have been taken to sorting office as has perishable sticker on box. Disgusting. Not even posted through letterbox like advertised. Never purchasing again.
