“I have been using Bloom & Wild for about 4 years now to send flowers and can say the bouquets are always fabulous and arrive on time. Everyone is excited to watch them wake up and flourish into a beautiful bouquets of flowers. I recently sent some chocolate brownies and can say the recipient said they were amazing and as good as homemade ! Bloom & Wild also always have great customer service.”

“I have used this company often to send flowers to friends and whatever I have chosen are always lovely and arrive most of the time on the day I asked for. My granddaughter has sent me flowers too and I have been delighted. Flowers and greenery good quality.I think too value for money.”

“Easy to order, lovely variety of flowers and colours for different price ranges. My sister and I have gotten a 3 month subscription for our grandma for Jan-Mar to brighten up things while she waits for spring to be able to get back into the garden. It brings her a bit of colour and interest as she puts the bouquets together, following the instructions.”

“Very easy to order and I was kept informed about delivery all day. I always choose letterbox flowers as I don’t need to worry whether the recipient is in to receive them. The flowers have always been of high quality and after a good soak look beautiful.”

“Ordering was easy great choice of floral arrangements and quick next day delivery. But my friend sent me a picture and the hand tied bouquet that was delivered had a lot more greenery and less flowers than in the picture online so didn’t look nearly as nice as the photo unfortunately. I have always been pleased with them in the past.”

Dear Caroline, Thank you for your review, I hope you're well. From your description and photos, the flowers do look as we'd expect on arrival due to the nature of how our flowers are packaged. Once the care instructions have been followed and they've had at least 24 hours to drink in the vase as the care guide suggests, we'd expect them to look much perkier, then begin to bloom over the course of the week. “The flowers were beautiful, but they arrived three days after the date I selected. I ordered in plenty of time for a special birthday, and the delay meant the gift arrived late and made it seem as though I had forgotten. I value small businesses and understand pressures, but if the bouquet I chose was not available for my selected date, clear communication or an alternative at checkout would have helped. The arrangement itself was lovely; timely delivery and proactive updates would have made this a five‑star experience.”

“On this occasion I was the sender, the ordering process was extremely simple. In the past I have received letterbox flowers from Bloom and Wild which have lasted over two weeks. Some even dried which I’m still enjoying in an arrangement.”
