“I had put the wrong address in the order so complete strangers got the flowers. In spite of this being my fault, Bloom & Wild gave me credit so I could send flowers to my original recipient without extra cost to myself. What other firm would do that? Astounding !! Well done Bloom & Wild.”

“I can rely on Bloom & Wild to always deliver beautiful flowers on time, carefully packaged with instructions on how to care for the blooms. Also when I queried something last year I received a prompt and helpful reply. The website is good with plenty of choice. Only one thing. When I have a sick or grieving friend I sometimes want to send flowers, chocolate and something else and the website only allows flowers and one other thing not two. Maybe lookin to that as you expand the choice.”
