“I come back to bloom and wild time and time again. Their service is great and even when there's an issue, the customer service to rectify things is brilliant. The flowers are gorgeous. Only once did they arrive somewhat squished and when Bloom and Wild were contacted by the recipient, they sent another lot out immediately - no quibble.”

“Flowers arrived a day later than requested but I was kept fully informed about this by Bloom and Wild. When they were delivered they were not put in a safe place despite that having been said by Royal Mail.”

Once in the hands of the courier/postie, we unfortunately cannot directly influence how the delivery will be made and have to entrust the delivery drivers will follow the on-box instructions and deliver safely, reliably and professionally. I want to reassure you that all of this feedback will be passed along to our Operations team, who have an open dialogue with all of our delivery partners as we want to address any instances where a delivery is not made up to our standards. “Good selection of flowers and easy to use website. I have used them sevral times but delivery through Royal Mail is erratic. I particularly wanted flowersto be deliveredat 8-9 am last week but they didn't arraive till mid afternoon, which was rather embarrassing. A delivery I received arraived in very poor condition and had obviously been delayed in the post, so some of the flowers were already dead.”
