Unfortunately the bouquet I ordered was sent to the wrong location and when they finally arrived 2 days later they were half dead. A replacement bouquet was sent but again took longer than stated to arrive at which point I was given a full refund. I cannot fault the company's excellent customer service it's just a shame that they have to rely on the vagaries of the Royal Mail. The flowers are absolutely beautiful too.

The website navigation and flowers are excellent. Disappointed with delivery as confusion with Royal Mail and Bloom & Wild. Flowers not delivered on the day, told there would be a card, no card left… flowers did arrive, but confusion not necessary

Delivery spot on BUT about 30% of the stems (mostly the roses) drooped and never recovered from the transport. This is unusual from B&W who are my preferred supplier for flowers. Sad Valentine this time I’m afraid.

Order 3 times now flowers are good but delivery us always late for me by at least a day or 2 order it be delivered the day before u need it and u should be OK

Ordering is easy. I have the app and it works very well. Unfortunately, my order was one of the 10% that didn't arrive on time and because I requested a Saturday, Royal Mail then didn't deliver until the Monday. The flowers were obviously not looking their best by then. Two days late for a birthday and embarrassing for myself.

Ordering and paying were easy. Delivery was slow and the flowers were left on the doorstep late at night with a note through the letterbox and no knocking at the door. I thought the box was supposed to be put through the letterbox?! The box was left outside overnight. Fortunately, the flowers were still alive.

Pretty flowers delivery on time I followed instructions but by the 4th day they had to be binned ..shame as they were lovely but just didn't last.

My friend was delighted with her flowers, however I did not order tulips with the bulb still attached. I sent my friend a photo of what I had ordered and she said that the main flowers had been substituted with tulips. I was not informed of any changes to my order. I would not have ordered tulips, not my favourite flowers.

My last order did not arrive and I had to call you but the saving grace was that Bloom & Wild replaced the missing bouquet free of charge 3 days later. No explanation for the non-delivery was given and this was disappointing as the flowers were for a friend who had been in hospital. Not up to your usual standard. Sorry.

I've had bad experiences with bloom and wild twice in the past, but I tried again and this time the flowers were actually delivered.

The delivery was due on Saturday for a dinner party and didn’t arrive until Monday late afternoon. The flowers looked really unhappy. The flower food was unusable as it was wet through. I’m hoping the food I had in my own cupboard will revive them. Really disappointed.

The flowers were ordered for a friend who has lost her father - I did ask her what the flowers were like and she said they were wilted and discoloured which is very disappointing. I asked her for a photo to send to you but as you can imagine she is busy and has not been able to do this.

The flowers, as always, were fabulous but Royal Mail did not post the ‘letterbox’ flowers through the door meaning my elderly relative had to made a journey to the depot for collection.
