This review may be unfair to B&W but the next day delivery didn't work out and the flowers took 3 days to reach the recipient due to the bank holiday, losing the moment they were intended for and also reducing the freshness of the flowers. The box, it seems, was too big for the letterbox and was taken back to the depot despite the fact it contained fresh flowers

Unfortunately I couldn’t give 5 stars this time because my last order to Mrs Horton took 3 days to arrive, with the post office. I think the flowers will be ok but I was disappointed with the delivery this time.

Have previously used Bloom and Wild and flowers arrived on time and we're glorious. However i ordered flowers for a birthday which arrived a day late and my latest order is now two days late. Since Royal mail does not deliver at weekends or bank holidays I timed this to arrive before the Easter weekend. However it didn't arrive and I expect it will not arrive until after Easter now. That will be five days after the expected delivery. Very disappointed in this.

Ordering was easy - chose Birthday Bouquet £42 with £10 off special offer. Arrived in time but quite disappointing - little nite than a letterbox bunch of flowers and a damaged bar of chocolate. Not good value and embarrassingly small for a special birthday.

Although the flowers ordered for our friends wedding anniversary were beautiful, we had an issue as the delivery driver left the box outside in the sun instead of posting through the letterbox, they WERE letterbox flowers !!!!! I have to commend Bloom and Wild as when I raised this issue it was dealt with in a considerate and professional manner, completely to my satisfaction.

Flowers were late and no reply back from them when I was asking where these are. They were late for a bday gift came a day after And the other time no card attached to a friend who had lost her daughter so was embarrassing having to ask if she got them

Un impressed with delivery by royal mail daughter home and in front room of downstairs and they did not ring or knock left a card. Was disgusted having to re arrange delivery as this was because she was ill. Flowers beautiful.

This would have been a five star as the product is excellent. However, one order was not delivered at all and I lost the money, hence three stars

I had ordered a bouquet for my mum for Mother’s Day as I am currently abroad and couldn’t buy flowers in person myself. So I resorted to bloom and wild for the first time! I was impressed with the order process and delivery times with them having delivered the very next morning. However, I was disappointed to find out that the flowers sent were not fresh and dying, despite having spent £50 on them. They were a great bunch of colourful spring flowers which would have been nicer if they were not already dying when they had just reached.

This was my second order from Bloom and Wild, I re-ordered because my first bunch were beautiful and long lasting. These were a Mother’s Day gift and I was disappointed that when my mum unpacked them one of the the flower stems was broken. The rest of the bunch was ok but despite topping up the water every day the burgundy roses started to turn brown. Today she has changed the water and all of the heads have fallen off the burgundy roses. Not the standard I was expecting so unsure if I will order again.

The flowers were for my mum on Mother’s Day. She was really pleased with them, however, she said that some of the smaller fill in daisies were past their best and that she said the bouquet was far too big to be put in a small box. A little bit squashed

Having used B&W for a few years and always been delighted, I was extremely disappointed this weekend when a good friend received her tulips which were in full bloom. As a result, these won't last long at all 😪 I also paid for the Cowshed hand cream and this wasn't in her gift package either

I do love Bloom & Wild but was disappointed with my last order. It was sent to cheer someone up on the day of their loved one's funeral. While it was "delivered" on the day, it was found purely by accident the next day by the person, in a bucket outside. Kind of defeats the whole point of letterbox flowers. I'll probably still buy from Bloom & Wild again because I do love their flowers, but will also look elsewhere as well.

Product choices were good and plentiful and the Ordering process was easy with competitive prices. Delivery was not good. I had a text message from the delivery driver to say he hadn’t been able to deliver. I then had to go to the post office site to rebook a delivery 4 days ahead and pay £1.34 only to find the flowers had been delivered. Very misleading. I would suggest you change your delivery provider.

Dear Peter, I'm so sorry to hear of this, it's certainly not what we'd ever want to happen with any flower delivery. It should never be the case that you should have to pay Royal Mail for a re-delivery if they are unable to delivery first time around so this is really concerning to hear. Slightly disappointed as the flowers were supposed to arrive on Saturday and didn’t turn up until Monday. Also, I was not notified that they had arrived, which the email said I would be. Hope the flowers are in a fit state!

Not one for negative reviews, But order did not arrive on due day which made it a pointless exercise, better to use a good old fashioned local florist for personal service.
