Disappointed with the flowers. They were delivered a day late and arrived dead. Got them for Mother’s Day! Won’t be buying from here again. Royal Mail are to blame on this one

Poor quality, not worth the £££. Ordered for a birthday and mothers day. The images on the site are misleading as was the claims, the site advises they would bloom and last for weeks. Yet half of the flowers are wilting already and have already bloomed. Dpd never bothered to post either set of flowers through the letterbox as promised

Ordered flowers to arrive day before mothers day as a surprise. No delivery arrived and no contact from Bloom & wild to provide update that they wont be arriving. Now stuck the night before mothers day. Poor service

The flowers arrived looking dry and old. Put them in a vase and hoped they would spring into life but oh no did they not!! Very unhappy customer handing these flowers over to my mum was embarrassing! I most definitely will not buy from this company again and stick to my local florist in future!

Really disappointed with Mother’s Day flowers. Look nothing like image on website, more like petrol station flowers. Could have bought a lovely bunch for £30 elsewhere!

I can see the blooms have arrived this morning and are still in bud so please do give them a little longer to have a drink and start to bloom beautifully. Flowers received of a very poor standard and apart from the roses would not last 5 days. Won't be using again.

I should have probably read the fine print that flowers come in a box and not as presented on the website but the shock I was when I saw the box waiting for me by the door, was massive. And even going beyond that, the flowers were nowhere near what they looked like on the website. And not to mention they came one day late, missing the birthday date they were meant for. So…. Massive disappointment and a mistake I will never make again.

They will not change an order date for you (when someone won’t be in) even with two days notice, despite bombarding you with lots of “you’re so valued” emails. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 lotsnof flowers to be delivered to my mums and mother in laws house and both had arrived smashed up and half dead not impressed

Poor - none of the roses in the bouquet opened; some of the other flowers were missing, all the carnations arrived dead. Will not use again

Absolutely terrible. I ordered flowers and a vase for my fiancée while i was away, the box arrived and the vase was smashed into 1000 pieces!!. I phoned customer support and rearranged for another set of flowers ans vase to be delivered and yes that one arrived completely smashed again. I was the offered £10 refund. After arguing i am still waiting for a full refund. I will never be using these people again.

Used a few times but never again . Flowers were shocking . Very disappointing birthday gift and embarrassing :( had to send a photo of proof which I did & told to send another in a few days ! To see if still alive 🤷‍♀️ Offered nothing but debris sometimes effects the flowers . Very poor

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the flowers. Firstly I thought they were lights peach/ pink colours that I had ordered and what arrived were dark purples. But the quality was awful, They didn’t look Overly fresh when they arrived and The roses were dead within 4 days. Won’t use you again sorry.

Unfortunately the flowers I received looked half dead. The first comment from my partner was did I steal them off a grave! Not a great start to Valentine's Day!

The Chinese money plant I ordered from Bloom&Wild arrived in an undamaged box looking tatty, dry and fit for the bin. Many stalks were dried at the ends and missing leaves, loose leaves were embedded in the soil, leaves and stalks were bent and damaged. The ceramic pot dwarfed the plant and crushed the plants leaves - was there no-one from Bloom&Wild quality team working that day? Big disappointment - put me off using this service, especially when the CS agent suggested the damage was by the courier! Awaiting a full refund …
