Hi I received these lilies on Friday for my60th birthday from my brother. I’ve had flowers in the past and where amazing lasting weeks. I also sent him flowers last week and he appears to be happy with his. All but one stem each flower bent half snapped. Having to prop them against each other. I doubt very much whether they are going to bloom!

I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday who couldn’t celebrate because she had covid. The flowers never arrived. It was supposed to be a surprise but when I didn’t hear from her, had to ask if she’d received them. Totally spoilt the moment. Bloom and wild were very efficient at agreeing to refund me but I won’t use them again for a surprise, the delivery is not reliable enough.

My wife has used the company on many occasions and has been delighted with service and the products received. However on this occasion I ordered flowers for a family friend who had just returned home after surgery. The flowers unfortunately delivered to the wrong house and were delivered at 10:58pm and left on doorstep even thought they were letterbox flowers. The house that had received them were all self isolating and unable to pass onto the correct address. It wasn't until around 36hrs after the items were delivered that they were passed to the intended recipient. Hopefully a one off but disappointed in the service provided.

So embarrassed the flowers arrived late and when pressed on the quality my friend said they looked like a very sad bunch of weeds, I won't order again!

My flowers did not arrive the day I ordered them for, nor did they arrive the day after. After contacting customer service the my were slow to reply and therefore delayed the rescheduled delivery of my order. Even after they offered another day to send them they didn’t respond to confirm they had done this! The flowers arrived 4 days after the expected delivery. This was for a colleague going on MAT leave and was therefore not there in time for her leaving. Appalling service and customer service.

Left note for my friend to visit sorting office, should NOT have been taken to sorting office as has perishable sticker on box. Disgusting. Not even posted through letterbox like advertised. Never purchasing again.

Flowers never arrived despite repeated emails saying they were on their way and repeated reorders from customer service. I will be expecting a full refund.

I used your company several times in the past and I have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately, this time I had a very different experience. I ordered flowers for a birthday of a close friend with plenty of time to be delivered on her special day. I was sent a message stating that the flowers were on the way and they will be delivered on time but my friend had the flowers delivered more than 24 hours later. I still don't know how fresh the flowers were then and the reason for the delay. A real pity because I recommended the company to many of my friends and I am not sure I can continue to use it or recommend it again.

Delivered a day late - just before 8pm a day later, the day after my wife's birthday. Extremely embarrassing. Should have gone for guaranteed delivery, but didn't think it would arrive when it did. The person delivering then proceeded to through it into our porch. Thought I would see how bloom and wild go before committing to a subscription. Will not be doing so.

So disappointed with Bloom and Wild,flowers ordered several days in advance as was very important for them to arrive on actual day.Received email on day stating flowers out for delivery and would arrive between 7am-5pm.on chasing up at 4pm to discover order would not be delivered that day!! No guarantee that they would even be delivered the next day Terrible service Found another company that promised next day delivery and thankfully flowers were received.Unfortunately going forward will not be using Bloom and Wild again as have lost confidence

Purchased flowers fro my mums birthday. Firstly they arrived a day late. My mum then followed the instructions and part of some of the flowers have already died.

Broken stems, leaves missing, flowers secured with yellow, tacky tape and wet clumpy flower food. Customer Service assured me they would be fine if I put them in water. Yes, you read that right! Really poor customer service. Nothing like the photographs. Ruined a special thought on a special day. Please avoid would be my advice.

Please, please avoid at all costs. Dead flowers, missing leaves, broken stems and staff who cannot be bothered to pick up the phone or be polite. Reduced to tears on my birthday

Hello I am very disappointed with this order as I wanted it to be delivered to my mum for New Year's Eve but as of today the flowers have not been delivered. I understand that Christmas and New Year is a busy time for Royal Mail but this is unacceptable. Please can you refund the money back for this order. Thanks Karl Gregson

Delivery no problem. Unfortunately I was so disappointed for my sister in law as we had bought this as a thank you for work she had done. The plant didn’t last long, 5 days to be precise!! This plant had been cared for as instructed.

Unfortunately pre Christmas letterbox flowers order left in shed not posted in letter box as described. Only just found them. This is the exception usually good service
