“Ordering and delivery were fine. However the sunflowers looked little sorry for themselves when the the flowers arrived. I hoped the would perk up with waterbut never did.”

“I wanted to send flowers and a biscuit hug to my best friend who had just lost her mum. Took a chance on 94% arriving on time. Arrived at the Royal Mail depot on time but sat there for 4 days doing nothing. Not in a great condition when they arrived. Not what I had hoped to achieve, but my friend was polite about it. Emailed the company received a gaslighting AI response that if I had paid £7 more they might have arrived on time via DPD. Potentially a Royal Mail issue and not Bloom & Wild. This is the second time that this has happened to me now, but I will not be taking this risk with Bloom & Wild again. I would recommend not choosing Royal Mail for delivery if you want your flowers to arrive ‘sleeping’ rather than dead!”

“Absolutely sensational service! From the choices on the app, to the ordering, to the quick delivery and the packaging I haven’t had a bad word to say about it! I’ve ordered twice for a friend who is having a baby and a friend who has a new job and both times were perfect flowers and the personalised cards were another perfect touch!”

“I send letter box flowers every month. Very good value making things affordable. Nearly always arrives when they said, they always let you know if they're a little late. Flowers are always very good with great longevity. I've no reason not keep on using Bloom & Wild for all occasions.”

“I have used Bloom & Wild for a few years now and absolutely love their flowers. I order for family and friends for birthdays, & other special occasions happy and sad times. They always arrive on time and they are beautiful flowers. I had one issue when my mum’s flowers arrived and didn’t look as they usually did it with a photo and an email a new bunch was sent straight out for her so customer service A1super apologetic and very helpful. The discount codes that I am sent as well are very much appreciated in these tough times as it still allows me to send to my loved ones.”
