“I have used B&W for many years (& come back time after time ) due to the consistency in quality & customer service. Another reason I keep coming back are the new gift ideas they add to their collection. The latest gift I sent was a book and coffee combination that was perfect for my goddaughter a nic chang from flowers! The rewards system and special discounts help when deciding if I can afford to send a gift or not. Plus the email reminders are helpful prompts for remembering special occasions.”

“I wanted to send my sympathies to a friend who lost his dad. Bloom & Wild's sympathy bouquet and vanilla cookie were perfect. Arrived on time and were warmly received by my friend. He said a lovely smell of fresh flowers permeated the flat immediately after opening the delivery.”

“This is what was delivered & does not resemble the Dreamy Peonies’ at all!! I don’t consider red a pastel colour & it looks cheap & not worth almost £40 worth of flowers! Customer services are resending but it would be good to get it right in the first place!”
