“Flowers always arrive when promised and are delivered to my disabled sister every month. She loves when the box arrives. Flowers appear unimpressive when first removed from box which is expected and then they soon burst into bloom and if taken care of they last 2 + weeks .”

“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bloom & Wild and Aron in particular. I originally received a beautiful bouquet as a surprise simply for being a loyal customer, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture in itself. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived while I was away on holiday, and when I messaged to say thank you and explained I had been away, Aron immediately said he would replace them for me when I had a special occasion. When I later reached out to say I had a lot going on and that my mum had been unwell, and asked if I could take him up on the offer so I could share some flowers with her, he didn’t hesitate. Despite clearly being incredibly busy as co-founder and CEO, he still took the time to respond personally and sent the biggest bouquet they do — absolutely breathtaking and so generous. I was completely overwhelmed by the kindness and thoughtfulness. In a world where everyone is so busy, the fact he still made time to check in by email and respond with such care really stood out. It wasn’t just the flowers, but the genuine generosity behind them that meant so much. Truly exceptional customer service and a company that clearly values people.”
