“An excellent company who I would totally recommend. My only suggestion is that they should be careful who they use for their deliveries and the more reliable the better. I have had 2 lots of 6 month's deliveries and had problems with three of the deliveries. No delivery, late delivery (after it had been shown as delivered) and delivered to the wrong address. I have to say B & W response, when I contacted them, was first class and politely and considerately resolved. I think this response covers the remaining questions.”
