“Have ordered flowers quite a few times from Bloom & Wild. The website is easy to use, great selection of flowers and gifts. The flowers i have brought have always been gifts but friends have said how beautiful they are and they arrive well packaged so none are damaged in transit. Highly recommend and will always be my go to for flowers 😊”

“The flowers from Bloom and Wild are amazing, they arrive asleep and wake up to be long lasting beautiful blooms. I recently sent flowers that were arranged for delivery on a Saturday. Unfortunately Royal Mail did not deliver until Monday and the recipient was not able to collect until Wednesday. Bloom and Wild tracked the delivery and sent a replacement immediately. The customer service team were wonderful. I would recommend them and will use them again. The recipient was delighted with the flowers and they have lasted for 2 weeks.”

“The last 2 gifts I've sent with Bloom and Wild have been really badly delivered - dumped in people's gardens although they were at home, with not even a card to say they'd been delivered and only found by chance. The gifts are nice, but the delivery is really poor.”

Good afternoon, I'm so sorry to hear this - that's definitely not how we want our deliveries to be handled! A delivery being made in this way may happen if there wasn't any alternative 'safe' place for them to be hidden, though I am so sorry they have been left in this way. I want to reassure you that all of this feedback will be passed along to our Operations team, who have an open dialogue with all of our delivery partners, as we want to address any instances where a delivery is not made up to our standards. “My journey with Bloom & Wild started in 2019 as a concierge was looking for last minutes Valentine roses after 5pm the previous day all place we usually call were sold out or very expensive decided to look online and I found them. New company never heard give it a try and since then it’s history. Just wish if I had enough money at the time to be an investor”

“The hamper was ordered through your web site, last time I had problems trying to pay for the product which put me off a little.
