“Honestly these GORGEOUS flowers! I am on my second year of postbox flowers and they are miraculous. On average they last 3 weeks (not in a heated room or bright sunshine) The roses in particular are stunning. Always a beautiful mix of flowers & foliage that bring joy all year round!”

“The flowers for my Grandaughters ALevel results day were beautiful but sadly some appeared to be damaged in transit. Bloom & Wild responded very quickly when the problem was reported & a replacement was dispatched immediately. We are very impressed with Custemer Service & the quality of the flowers 🌷”

“Very pleased I chose a plant with heart shaped leaves and flowers in jute pot to give years of pleasure. The recipient loved it saying "beautiful" which made my day. Easy to order and delivered on time. Highly recommend if you ate looking for something special”

“The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful however I found the website difficult to use. Each time I stepped away from it (to find an address etc), the website threw me out and I had to start again. I was also offered a 20% discount via email from Bloom & Wild, however once thrown out, I lost that offer and then had to search for another (finding a 10% one)”

“I ordered a £50 bouquet as a thank you gift. I selected free delivery for 2 days time on a Saturday to ensure the reciepient was home. Royal Mail let Bloom & Wild down and I would not order from them again due to this. According to tracking the flowers were in the van in over 25 degree heat from 06:21 Saturday until 17:52 when delivery was finally made!! I have not seen a photo of the blooms however I am sure being without water since they were dispatched by Bloom & Wild to Royal Mail on Thursday at 13:22 until delivery on Saturday at 17:52 was good for them. Disappointed.”

Hi there, Thank you for getting in touch and for your review. We're sorry to hear about your concerns here. As our flowers are sent in bud through the postal system and courier services, they can be in their boxes for roughly 2 to 3 days - it may mean that they will need extra time to re-hydrate in their vase before fully blooming. We would always recommend to trim the stems and pop them in their vase of water on the day of arrival so that they can start the opening process and you can enjoy them as soon as possible. May I ask how they're doing now that they've had some time in the vase to rehydrate? Of course, if they have not improved, please can you pop us an email to support@bloomandwild.com? If you could please include reference number 5281361 and if you have the opportunity to include any photos of the bouquet it would be really helpful if you could add this to your email. We absolutely want to help so hope to hear from you soon.

“My daughter and I have used Bloom & Wild on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. The letter box flowers are a novel way of ordering a bouquet, but a terrific idea as it's lovely to see the blooms perk up once in water again. An excellent delivery service too. Well done.”
