Horrible flowers sent on Mother’s Day. Mostly grass and did not look like the photo they displayed. When I complained, I got a standard negative email response. My mother was very disappointed. DO NOT USE!!!

I cannot begin to explain how disgusted I am with this company, their service and their flowers. This was the first time, I ordered from this company. I planned to have the flowers delivered for mothers day and therefore had the flowers delivered a few days early. How embarrassed was I when dying flowers turned up in the post?. So I called up customer service and the gentleman on the phone said that he would have new flowers sent straight away and that they would arrive on Sunday in time for mothers day. I later realised that the flowers that were sent to me were not only dying but they were the wrong once. So once again, I got in touch with customer service to ensure they send the right flowers this time (this time by email) and in the email, she had the audacity to say 'please do let me know how the roses fare over the next couple of days and keep us updated on the replacement too' (I will insert pictures of how they actually looked). So mothers day came and went and the flowers had not arrived and they never arrived on Monday either. Bloom and wild then sent me and email to say they were processing a refund as they had not arrived on time and dpd had issues etc etc. To save yourself from embarrassment and a let down please do not and I repeat do not order from here. I know, I wont be.

I have sent and received several beautiful, long lasting bouquets from Bloom and Wild during the past 12 months. I was so impressed with the quality of the product and the feed back I'd had from recipients that I suggested my 2 sons take out a subscription for me as a Mother's Day gift. The Kat 'bouquet' that arrived was awful. The box was damp and damaged, the head of one of 3 carnations was broken, tulips much smaller than all other blooms ( they opened fully the next day and then petals fell off) and the stocks had withered leaves and brown flowers. The arrangement didn't improve after two days- it was a bland ,dreary selection, limited/insipid colour and poor quality flowers that never really revived.By day 4 they are ready for the bin! As it was sent especially for Mother's Day I expected a more vibrant selection of flowers. It was so poor and lack lustre that my husband went out to buy an alternative bunch of flowers so that my sons would not be disappointed at the quality of their gift. We have been offered a voucher and alternative bouquet to be honest I'm inclined to just cancel the subscription. A real shame.

Hi there, we are so sorry to hear this - this is is not what we would intend. I can see we did offer a replacement and a credit - please do let us know if there is anything else we can help with. We would be most happy to discuss this further with you.

Really disappointed with the service. The flowers were delivered a day late. I imagine Royal Mail are at fault but there was no communication from Bloom & Wild regarding the delay. The flowers arrived looking worse for wear, very droopy and dehydrated as they'd been in their box for an extra day. Other flower delivery services I've used have all managed to deliver flowers on the date arranged. I would not recommend Bloom and Wild.

Ordered my mum Mother’s Day flowers to be sent to Northern Ireland since I live in Scotland... and on what a let down. My mum told me how they didn’t look like they were worth £27 and how some flowers had dried up and died 2/3 days after receiving them... Before I knew this I ordered my friend tulips to be delivered for her birthday, so when I went to try and cancel them I was unable due to them having ‘started to prepare’ the order even tho they are due for delivery on 31St March!!! Will never order from here again, I never give back reviews on anything but that’s £54 of my money wasted when I could of got a better bunch of flowers store bought for £15

I bought flowers to be delivered on 7 March for my mother. She told me she had to throw them out after 2 days because they were so withered. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

My mother in law was utterly disspaointed in her mothers day delivery, the delivery was that sparce she had to go out and buy supermarket flowers to add to them to in order to fit in her vase. The flowers were £28 at a discounted rate, so i would expect these to be pretty impressive. We will not be purchasing from bloom and wild again!

The flowers arrived over a week too late. Of course they were all dried up by then. Wouldn't recommend.

Really annoyed to have to give even one star for this overpriced clump of sad looking daisies. Cost £23.00? Absolute ripoff. Do you assume the recipient will enthuse over the dead flowers that arrived for Mother’s Day, not wishing to offend the giver? I have complained and I am still awaiting a response. I would like to return for a full refund to my daughter. Appalling service, and in future I would request that you refuse any potential further deliveries to my address. ( the photo was taken this morning, however I took many others+ video when delivered, and they look very similar) I am happy to include them on a separate review, as the photos are on my phone and haven’t downloaded.

Hello Helen, Thank you for taking the time to review us, I am so sorry to hear that the blooms weren't enjoyed, that's never what we want! We send our blooms dry and in bud as it is better for their journey but they should perk up and bloom into beautiful colours. If this by any chance doesn't happen then we would love to look further into this, if you could please email us at support@bloomandwild.com quoting reference code 1420555 and hopefully we can get this sorted. Hope to hear from you soon Warmest wishes Nate

Thanks for your review, I'm really sorry to hear this, that definitely doesn't sound right and I'm sorry we didn't put this right delightfully straight away. If you're able to email support@bloomandwild.com with reference 1419798 I'd love to investigate and put this right?

Ordered flowers to be delivered the before Mother’s Day more than a week beforehand. Nothing showed up on the day and no message about a delay either. I called the next morning and they promised it should arrive by 5pm on Mother’s Day itself and now it’s 8pm and still nothing. It’s apparently still at the delivery company’s depot. The excuse was this morning “it’s Mother’s Day so we had a lot of orders” - which is about as embarrassing an excuse as I can imagine for a florist. Definitely not one to use if you want to be sure of a timely arrival.

Oh no I'm so sorry to hear that- that's definitely not what should have been said, is it possible to email support@bloomandwild.com with reference 1418872 and your order number and we can investigate and put this right?

I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to my best friends 50th birthday. Due to Lockdown I sadly couldn’t be with my friend on such a special birthday. I ordered the flowers a week in advance and I was devastated that they didn’t arrive on her birthday but instead were delivered the next day. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted customers to be aware that there is a Chance that you may order from this company in good time and they might not arrive on your chosen day. My friend also said they arrived very limp and sad looking. Really disappointed in this company. Go elsewhere!

Have ordered multiple times before without an issue but paid £9 to have delivery of a bunch of (£30) flowers for my mum on Mother’s Day and was very disappointed. Not only was the bunch ~half the stems promised on the website but water had leaked everywhere so the papers were all stuck together and the card was damp. Further frustration added as I went online to rate the bunch of flowers only to discover it seems that B&W are using overall ratings for the service not ratings related to each bunch. Very deceptive... customer service not available despite saying it was core hours, hence am reviewing instead.

I have ordered and receive many flowers from Bloom & Wild before and enjoyed the bouquets. I ordered this for Mother’s Day and was sorely disappointed. The packaging was crushed, stems snapped and they were very wilted. It was very underwhelming.

Don’t waste your money. £30 for dead, limp, small flowers. Also the bunch received were completely different to the flowers ordered! They call it “substitution” but it’s downgrading and scamming you.

I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day and I was upset to find out from my mum that they arrived in a terrible state. Most of the flowers were all droooy and dying. Not what I was expecting at all. Very disappointed with the condition of the flowers and on Mother’s Day! I even paid an extra £9 for delivery on Sunday. Very disappointed 😞

I received today from my son who I haven’t seen since January 2020 the worst bunch of flowers I have ever had. One third of the flowers are dead and the rest are in a sorry state. I have trimmed them and put them in water and took photos as I spoke to complain to a Natalia at 10.30am who said they will pick up but in my experience dead flowers do not pick up. I am very upset that today of all days to receive such poor flowers and feel quite emotional

Received a bunch of flowers last night. three stems were brocken and the heads of three more flowers fell off. After following the instructions and having left them overnight I hoped the bunch of closed flowers might look better but around 6 more flowers are clearly dead and hanging over the side of the vase. I can't say anything to my son of course but I'm very angry that he (just 11 year old boy) has spent his pocket money on this.

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to review us, I am so sorry to hear that your gift didn't arrive as we would expect, that is never what we want! We send our blooms dry and in bud as this is better for the blooms during transit. This does mean that the blooms may look slightly tired upon arrival however they should soon perk up after a cut and a long drink. I do apologise if not! However they shouldn't be broken at all, I am so sorry that has happened. I would love to fix this for you if you could please contact us on support@bloomandwild.com quoting your reference code 1413474 and hopefully we can get this sorted. Looking forward to hearing from you Warmest wishes Nate
