“In general, Bloom and Wild offer an excellent service. However, I was very disappointed recently regarding a delivery. I ordered flowers on a MONDAY to arrive on FRIDAY allowing plenty of time. To my disappointment , the flowers did not arrive until the following day. These flowers were for an 80th birthday surprise . Unhappy and feel this is just not acceptable.”

“I ordered a letter box delivery for a friend who was attending her mum's funeral. There was a delay in delivery and the flowers arrived 2 days after the expected delivery. I spoke to a lady at Customer service and she was very apologetic and offered a replacement bouquet to be delivered on a special delivery on a 2 hour slot at the weekend. The flowers arrived and were lovely”

“I have ordered flowers from bloom for a while now the service from this company is fantastic you have a wonderful choice of flowers and cards to obtain for any occasion .the rewards are a bonus too,the deliverly service keeps you updated on youre purchase which l find is always the right date and time my family and freinds have commented that they are beautiful and fresh l will continue to use blooms in the future l would just like to ssy thanks forva fantastic service”

“I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with ordering flowers or getting them delivered. I've used the company on a number of occasions and always been pleased. This time however, I ordered the letterbox flowers and they were delivered as arranged. Unfortunately, they didn't fit through the letterbox so they were left behind a bin. No note was posted to say where they were so they didnt get picked up until the next day and only after I'd called the person being gifted to check on delivery, as I hadn't heard anything from her. Somehow, the flowers survived and I will use the company again as I'm hoping this is an isolated incident which gets your 5 stars back.”
