“A year back , I was looking for a platform to get some flowers delivered to my daughter on her birthday who is studying in London . Someone, told me about Bloom and while and since then it’s my channel for getting yummy brownies , flowers and plants , delivered to her . I appreciate their customer service and communication right from placing an order until delivery . I do it all while sitting in the UAE .”

“Love Bloom & Wild and have periodically used them over several years. This time I had a hiccup, I tried to order flowers and realised I had not received an autometed receipts and my bank account had not been debited. It took almost an hour with the chatbot then two humans to find my order had gone through but not completed or paid for. As soon as we realised that I paid it over the phone. The flowers arrived on time and my friend was delighted with them and they looked beyond lovely. So one annoying hiccup, nevertheless I will still be using them again :)”

“Twice now I’ve had problems with orders from yourselves. The first the flowers were Natia c dead. I actually went to look at them after my friend was very disappointed. The second time an order was placed was on 6th October this year for delivery on 10th for a celebration. Needless to say it wasn’t delivered until 11th even though you had plenty of time to despatch sooner.”
