“Ordering process fine, product fine with discount, otherwise expensive. Delivery time ok but photo sent was very bad. It only showed tall grasses, no front door and no parcel . I therfore did not know where it had been delivered.”

“Delivery was so prompt and the app makes choosing the flowers and ordering them so easy. My wife loves the flowers, how they arrive and that she can prune/arrange them how she wants and loves getting them on special occasions. Wouldn’t chose anyone else”

“Send some pretty flowers to a friend who has had an operation. Arrived on time and in good condition, opened up nicely and lasted well. In the past I have had both delivery and quality issues but B & W have always dealt with these well. On this occasion tho they were perfect”

“The flowers are always lovely and usually delivered on time This time they were delivered in the timescale but unfortunately we're left outside the door at 8pm. I therefore had to tell my friend to go abd look outside for the flowers which did spoil the surprise a bit. Otherwise they would have been there until the next morning”

“I am 87 years old and my husband is 90. I have limited opportunity to go and buy gifts. Bloom and Wild does it for me. I can see all the lovely pictures which cheers me up as well. And I am certain of delivery and accuracy with the photo. Also the recipient is always delighted to have a lasting pretty gift. Thank you”

“We ordered flowers and a biscuit for my mum. We received an email that it had been delayed and it would be tomorrow. Then it came the day after and we didn’t receive an updated it had ever been delivered. Wasn’t a great experience”
