“Blooming marvellous! I’ve used Bloom and Wild several times and the feedback I’ve had from people I’ve sent flowers/plants/gifts to has been excellent and that’s why I’ll pick them again. Delivery had also been spot on.”

“I ordered a bouquet for a family member’s birthday.The morning of delivery I received a message with a long delivery window of 8am - 9pm! A bit of a disappointment . Later on that day received a message saying they’d been delivered , no photo or proof or saying where? So I contacted customer services regarding this. They apologised & offered sending item out again the next day, didn’t accept this. I Was then offered a refund so I agreed to that. Later on 20.00 the recipient noticed a squashed open box resting up in the corner near the front door.She had been at home all day, no one had rung the doorbell ! When she opened the box some of the flowers were damaged, broken & sad. She sent me photos of this. I’m so disappointed with the poor delivery service & lack of care. This was meant to be a lovely birthday surprise, instead a disaster from start to finish. Delivered by Amazon! Apparently they use various couriers to deliver items. Maybe I fell unlucky with an uncaring courier! I’ve since updated customer services with the photos the recipient sent me. Awaiting a reply Due to this experience I won’t be using this company again in the future or recommend them. This should have been a beautiful birthday gift! I feel totally let down.”

“I ordered a bouquet and a box of crocs for my sister's birthday. The orderering process was very easy, the flowers arrived when you said they would. My sister was delighted with her birthday gift and says the flowers smell heavenly. (she made short work of the chocolates too) Thank you.”

“I’ve used Bloom & Wild for a number of years, my go to florist and send the letterbox flowers in particular. I have never been disappointed, my friends and colleagues always take photos once the flowers are arranged. Great service, delivery times and I highly recommend.”

“I thought I'd done a v positive review already! But anyway it was exceptional service. My elderly recipient, over 90, was with her family so her house was empty. The Royal Mail left a card. I was anxious to prevent her going to the local DO to collect it herself via a v busy road and roundabout as she told me she would, but she is both frail and slow however full of spirit. I rang your customer service who arranged another delivery by DPD for the next day and I told my recipient. She duly received the beautiful flowers the next day but also received the Royal Mail delivery when they redelivered. I'm very pleased indeed with your actions as she would have certainly headed out across a very dangerous roundabout nearby before the unexpected royal mail redelivery arrived or yours.”
