“Delivery was fast but the flowers was left on the door step and when Mrs Brazell,s daughter arrived they had disappeared she asked around at the neighbours but no one had seen them I am not very happy about this as it was her birthday”

“Always had great service. This delivery to my friend this time was a day late and flowers were a little tired when they got there but perked up after some water. Was kept fully informed of the delay and a credit was a nice gesture. Very happy with everything and will definitely use again. Thank you.”
