“In the absence of 0 stars 1 star. I've just taken a delivery of dead flowers, fit for the bin. Heads wilted and when I let B&W know they said how they'd expect flowers to arrive!!!! Shocking. They are fit for the bin. Quite apt really they were sent to me as a sympathy gift. Anyway - you have been warned. Shockingly bad.”

“Flowers are gorgeous but unfortunately one of the flower heads had broken in transit.Also ordered the pink ripple vase which is so cute. Generally tho the flowers are such a treat lovely to look at.”

“The whole process of placing an order was very easy. My only gripe was the look of the message on the card I was including. It wasn't set out as I typed it and didn't reflect the thought behind the order. I have had B&W flowers sent to me and felt it was the only thing that let it down”

“A lovely gift for a friend on her 50th birthday. Good, prompt delivery. I opened the box with the misunderstanding that the gift would be in another box, so unfortunately I had to tape it back up to give to my friend as a gift, which ruined it slightly for me.”

As most of our gifts are being sent directly to the recipients, the box it is sent in is usually the main packaging. I understand however how disappointing this must have been.
