“Very disappointed that an order placed on Friday hasn't been delivered yet (Tuesday). I have used your service many times, the flowers are always beautiful but Royal Mail are a bad choice of delivery partner. These flowers were for someone who has had a bereavement. I am ashamed of the state the flowers are going to be in when they arrive.”

“Placed an order to be delivered next day on the Saturday 29th , now the 1st of September and still not received order disappointed this time as previous order arrived next day as stated that’s the reason I re ordered . Order STILL NOT ARRIVED”
