A gift from a nephew who would be upset to know this. They arrived damp, the card had plant food spilled over it. A Lilly had broken stem The daisies were dry and withered, as was the foliage, even 24 hrs later after following instructions the bunch was very poor. Looks completely unlike website image. Very disappointed and not like previous bunches I have bought.

Twice now I have received the letter box flowers. Both times, some of the flowers were dead. Not on life support, needing, flower food, time and water...DEAD. The others never flowered. We are told on the website and on the accompanying leaflet, put the droopy flowers in water and they will spring to life. No. Also, there were very few flowers, but lots of cheap greenery. Would NOT recommend.

Received flowers for mothers day yesterday. Looked wilted on delivery - by this morning 5 of the 8 roses are completely dead. Other 3 roses not looking good, only the 3 tulips (bulbs still attached) seem alive. Looking on the website this bunch 'The Caroline' cost £38!!!!

Absolutely dreadful! Code 121981702. Dead wild daisies that looked like they had been picked in a field with some wilting, dried up green foliage. Box was wet, the card was wet and so was the flower food. Abysmal!!!!!

I have received a Mother’s Day gift delivered today from my son whom I have not seen for last six months due to lockdown. I am so disappointed and underwhelmed. To start with one side of the box was damaged and when I opened the box some of the flowers were already snapped. When the net come off the flowers I was so sad to see they have already wilted and weathered. I am so sad at this day and age our children who can’t visit are sending gifts and to received them is sad state is very unacceptable. I have the pictures to proof this if you could send me an email address . Thank you

Just received the box and I have to say this is the worst state that I have ever seen the flowers arrive and we have had quite a few deliveries. 1. The box was wet so the food was all soggy 2. Some of the flowers were snapped off 3. Some of the flowers were so wilted they looked dead. If fact the whole box looked so underwhelming that my partner was very disappointed on opening her gift. It looks and feels very cheap and underwhelming. I have used your company a lot during lockdown and have previously given you 10/10. I very much hope that the recipients had a better experience than my partner and were not just to polite to mention their disappointment! I give this experience a 4/10 and has made me reevaluate using Bloom & Wild again. One very disappointed and let down customer.

I’ve had lots of success and beautiful flowers from you in the past but the ones I received today from my daughter for Mother’s Day were extremely disappointing, the box was damaged the foliage brown and three flower heads broken and the rest were of poor quality also the bar of chocolate inside the box was wet so went in the bin. I really don’t want to leave a negative review but there is no way this bouquet was worth £41

I'm so sorry Jill, that's definitely not right. Can you pop us an email to support@bloomandwild.com and we can put this right (reference 1404095)

the flowers arrived limp and half dead, beyond saving. many were crushed and leaves were half ripped off. even if they had been in good condition, they are not worth the money and you can get exactly the same for £2.99 from a petrol station.

I've just had a bunch of b&w flowers delivered. The box had been opened, no message, flower food or care instructions inside and the flowers are damaged. Fungus on the leaves, snapped stems and damaged petals. I thought b&w were better than this. I've just rung to complain and was told that someone will call me back in the next 3 days. When I asked to speak to the manager, I've been told they will call me sometime today. Very very poor service and even worse after sales. Shame on you b&w.

My daughter sent flowers for Mother's Day which arrived today. The delivery company,Dpd, knocked on my door and left the box on doorstep! The packaging was damaged and wet - the contents were damp together with the Mother's Day Card! Extremely annoyed - the flowers/foliage looked days old !!

I appreciate that delivered flowers take some time to recover, but there is no way the ones I received this morning will revive. Usually flowers have their stems wrapped in liquid gel or water, but these were just bare stems so the achillea and chrysanthemums were like dried flowers. The snap dragons were badly squashed, with the flowers at the base completely wilted. They know they can get away with bad service as the recipient can't complain without the person who bought them knowing, and there is no way I am going to tell my daughter the flowers she sent were rubbish.

Thanks for your review, I'm really sorry to hear this. Our flowers are deliberately sent in bud and should rehydrate following the instructions but these don't sound right. Please can you email support@bloomandwild.com and quote reference 1396204 and we can put this right?

Very disappointed with condition of flowers on arrival.Only good thing was that they arrived on time. They were a birthday surprise which went down like a lead balloon !!! Have since received a full refund, but that doesn't make up for the disappointment.

I ordered flowers for my mum to be delivered the day before mother's day. However they turned up a week before and now I'll need to buy a new bunch of flowers. Really disappointed as the flowers are beautiful I just wished they had come when they were meant to.

The last time I have ordered a bunch of Anna flowers, they were so thin and had snapped when I received them. But overall the flowers are lovely in a few days, customer service offered a credit to my account. I had ordered 3 months of seasonal blooms subscription, different from photo so disappointed, at least two stems are completely snapped, some were almost dead and very droopy... maybe l was unlucky :( I won't renew again. It may be that there was a supply issue during the pandemic, but I was rather disappointed. I had sent an email but nobody responded.

Well, I’m sorry to say that I was rather disappointed. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday on Friday 26th Feb. However, they weren’t delivered until Monday and by the time my friend got them they had all wilted and had to be thrown away. I was gutted, especially as I had paid extra to have them arrive on the day.
